Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of machinery and equipments for the trade of Carpenter,Govt. 1. T. I. , Chackai.

Last date and time of sale of tender-24-11-2007, 3 p. m.
Last date and time of receipt of Tender- 26-11-2007 , 1 р . m.
Opening date and time of tender-26-11-2007, 3 p. m.
The cover containing tenders should be super- scribed B5/04/07 dated 3-10-2007 and addressed to the Principal , Govt. 1. T. I. , Chackai . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 26-11-2007 in the presence of such of or their authorized representatives the tenders who may be present at that time.
Intending tenders may on application to the the Principal, Govt . I. T L. , Chackai obtain requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 165 (Rupees One hundred and sixty five only) which is the price fixed for form/ set of forms and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Kerala stamp paper required for executing prelimi- nary agreement along with tender will be provided to firms outside Kerala , if they remit an amount of Rs. 75 (Rupees seventy five only) by money order separately. The tender forms are not transfera- ble. Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 3 p. m . on 24-11-2007. Cheques, PostalOrders etc. will nor be accepted towards the cost of tender forms not will the forms be sent as V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required willbe issued on remittance of the cost.

ഉൾപ്പെടുന്ന മുകളിൽ ബി 5 /04 / 07 , തീയതി 4-10-2007 പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ மாழ், 001 , வெரு, கணே എന്ന മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ നിശ്ചിത തീയതിക്കു മുൻപായി ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം . അവസാന തീയതിക്ക് ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 26-11-2007 , 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസ് സമർ പ്പിക്കുന്നവരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ മുന്നിൽ വച്ച് തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും .
പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ S2 ഐ.റ്റി , ഒഐ , പാക്കയുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും 165 രൂപ ഒടുക്കി വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . പ്രസ്തു‌ത തുക യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല , ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വില്‌പന 24-11-2007 , 3 മണിക്ക് അവ സാതിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ചെക്കുകൾ , ജാർഡറുകൾ എന്നിവ ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വില യായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരളത്തിനു പുറത്തുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾക്ക് കേരള സ്ററാമ്പ് പേപ്പറിന് എഴുപത്തിയഞ്ചു രൂപ മണിയോർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കുന്ന വാങ്ങി അയച്ചുതരുന്ന മാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി , പി . പി . ആയി അയച്ചുതരുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വില ഒടുക്കുന്ന പക്ഷം ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്ന്യം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
