Sealed tenders superscribed as Tender No. 39,2007-08 for the supply of Dampening Hose required in the Printing Department for the year 2007-08 is invitedby the undersigned . The tenders along with samples should reach this office
ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫോറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 150 രൂപ + മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി നിയമാനുസൃത നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കോട് 100+ നികുതി നിയമാനുസൃതമായ മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്‌സി‌ൽനിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാത്മാവു ന്നതാണ് . ഡിമാൻറ് ഫാറത്തിൻറ വിലയായി എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കു കയോ ഫോറം വി . പി . പി . ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുവാന്തിരം ചെലവിനുള്ള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ ദർഘാസ് 63000 അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്ന. താണ് . ഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ പാകമാഠം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ് . 50 വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മണിയോർഡർ 19-11-2007 വരെ മാത്രം സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു. മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകായുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക്‌തമായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .

on or before 28-11-2007 at 1 p.m. and the sample will beopened at + p.m.ontp.m.on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Tenders shallbe submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs. 150+ VAT as admissible for original form and Rs. 100+VAT as admissible for duplicate . Cheque, Demand Drafts , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms norwill the forms be sent by V.P.P. However the tender forms willbe supplied to the firms by registered post subject to a cash payment by M.O. inclusive of gtered post postalstal charges of Rs. 32. The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 1 p. m. on 28-11-2007 . An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be executed along with the tenders . Money Orders will be entertained only upto 19-11-2007 and the purpose of sending money order should be specified in M. O. coupon clearly. Late tenders , tenders not accompanied byEarnest Money Deposit @ 1% of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs.50 will not be accepted on any account .
2007-08 അച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിലെ സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് ഡാമ്പിംഗ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . ദർഘാസുകൾ 28-11-2007, 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ alamu 4 10 ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജൻറുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ ത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . കവറിന് മുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 39 /2007-08 ഡാമ്പിംഗ് ഹോസ് വിതരണം സംബന്ധിച്ച ' എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം . കിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരനോശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

Sealed tenders are superscribed as Tender No. 40/2007-08 for the supply of Tracing Sheet required in the Prinitng Department for the year 2007-08 on runsing contract basis is invitedby the undersigned, The tenders along with samples should reach this office on or before 5-12-2007 at 1 p . m . and the same will be opened at 4 p . m . on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undervigned on cash payment of Rs. 400+ VAT as admissible for original form and Rs. 200 + VAT as admissible for duplicate. Cheques , Demand Drafts , Postage Stamps, Postal Orders etc , will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by registered post subject to cash payment by M.O. inclusive of postal charges of Rs. 32. The tender forms are not trans- ferable. ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫാറത്തിൽ സാമ്പി സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടയാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാഠങ്ങൾ 400 രൂപ - മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് 200 രൂപ + മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്‌സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക് ഡിമാൻറ് [ 000" , പോസ്ററൻ ഓർഡർ , തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫാറം വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല , എന്നാൽ കണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്‌റേറജ്" ചെലവിനുള്ള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ഘാസ് രജിസ്റോർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . ർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്ത താണ് . 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത ത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരത ( വ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന 1000 തല്ല . മണിയോർഡർ 23-11-2007 വരെ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരി ക്കുകയുള്ളു . മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക‌തമായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
