ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം തിരുവനന്തപുരം മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ" പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസ ങ്ങളിൽ വൈകുന്നേരം 8 മണി വരെ ലഭ്യമാണ് .ണ് , തപാരിമാർഗ്‌ഗം ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യം ഉളളവർ ഫോറത്തിൻറ വിലയോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ അധികം ചേർത്ത് ( തപാൽചാർജ്) മണിയോർഡറായി പ്രിൻസിപ്പ തിരുവനന്തപുരം -11 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷി മണിയോർഡറുകൾ 26-11-2007 -m" ഓഫീസി ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കണം മുൻപായി തപാൽമാർഗ്ഗം മെ ഡിക്കൽ ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നവർ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം മാത്രമേ പണം അയയ്ക്കാൻ പാടുള്ളു.
