നമ്പർ എ-622/2007. 2007 നവംബർ 5.

പെരുവണ്ണാമൂഴി, കൂത്താളി ജില്ലാഫാമിലേക്ക് ഈ വർഷ ത്തേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ 79 മീറ്റർ ക്യൂബ് പുഴമണൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് താഴെ കൊടുത്തിട്ടുള്ള നിബന്ധന ക ൾ ക്ക ് വ ി േ ധ യ മ ാ യ ി മ ു ്ര ദ വ ച്ച െ ട റ ു ക ൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു.

നിബന്ധനകൾ

1. ടെർഫോറം 400 രൂപ (നികുതി പുറമെ) ഫാം ആഫീസിൽനിന്നും 3-12-2007-ന് വൈകിട്ട് 3.30 മണി വരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

2. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെർ 3,000 രൂപ നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തോടൊപ്പം സൂപ്ര്, ജില്ല കൃഷിത്തോട്ടം, കൂത്താളി, പി. ഒ., പെരുവണ്ണാമൂഴി എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 4-12-2007-ന് ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 11 മണിവരെ ഫാം ആഫീസിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

3. ടെ റിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുന്ന കക്ഷികൾ എല്ലാവരുംതന്നെ 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ ടെർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ 8-ാം പേജിൽ പറയുന്ന എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് ടൈപ്പുചെയ്ത് ഒപ്പിട്ട് പ ൂ ര ി പ്പ ി ച്ച െ ട റ ി െ ന ാ പ്പ ം സ മ ർ പ്പ ി േ ക്ക ത ാ ണ ് . എഗ്രിമെന്റ ് ഇല്ലാത്ത െ ട ർ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

4. 4-12-2007-ന് കൃത്യം 11.30-ന് ടെറുകൾ അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുള്ള ടെർകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്നു പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതും ടെറിൽ ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ നിരക്ക് തൃപ്തികരമെങ്കിൽ മേലധികാരികളുടെ അംഗീകാരത്തിനുവിധേയമായി താൽക്കാലികമായി സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതും മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം അപ്പോൾത്തന്നെ തിരികെ നൽകുന്നതുമാണ്.

5. ടെറിൽ ഒരു ഘനമീറ്റർ മണലിന് എത്ര രൂപ വരുമെന്ന് അക്കത്തിലും അക്ഷരത്തിലും എഴുതിയി രിക്കണം.

6. സർക്കാരിന്റെ ടെർ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ എല്ലാംതന്നെ ഇതിനും ബാധകമാണ്. ടെർ ദിവസം പൊതു അവധിയായി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ഇതേ സമയത്തും വ്യവസ്ഥയിലും ടെർ നടത്തുന്നതാണ്.

7. ടെർ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും നിർത്തലാക്കുന്നതിനു മ ു ള്ള പ ൂ ർ ണ്ണ അ ധ ി ക ാ ര ം ഫ ാ ം സ ൂ ്ര പ ി ൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കും.

8. അംഗീകരിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന ടെർ നിരക്കിന് 31-3-2008 വരെ പ്രാബല്യമുായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തിദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ഫാം ആഫീസിൽനിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

SHORT TENDER NOTICE

No. B3-787/2007. 6th November 2007.

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of Laboratory equipments and Chemicals to Government college, Attingal for year 2007-08 under the plan scheme for Rupees 1,50,000 (Rupees One Lakh and fifty Thousand only).

The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Lab equipments and Chemicals for the year 2007-08" and should be addressed to the Principal Government College, Attingal. The last date of receipt of tenders by the Principal is on or before 6-12-2007, 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p. m. on 6-12-2007 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.

Intending tenderers can have tender forms on demand from the Principal, Government College, Attingal upto 2 p. m. on all working days on payment of Rupees 416 (including VAT). Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued on payment of Rupees 208 (including VAT) per copy. The tender forms are not transferable. Those who are intending to obtain the tender forms by post should submit their request with a self-addressed and large envelope affixing postage stamp for Rupees 27. Money Order alone will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p. m. on 6-12-2007.

An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 is to be executed while submitting the tenders. EMD is required @ 1% of the total cost of the materials quoted in the tender and should be submitted by DD in favour of the Principal, Government College, Attingal. Further details if any required can be had from the College office from 10 a. m. to 5 p. m. on all working days.
