കൊല്ലം ജില്ലാ കൃഷിഫാം സൂപ്രണ്ട് കൃഷി ഫാമുകളുടെ നടത്തിപ്പും നടീൽ വസ്തുക്കളുടെ വസ്തുക്കളുടെ പറയുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുവാൻ താൽപര്യമുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും എന്ന വർഷത്തിൽപദ്‌ധതിയിൽ 2007-08 വിവിധയിനം നടീൽ ഉൽപാദനവും ഉൽപ്പാദനത്തിനായി ഓരോ സാധനത്തിനും മുദ്രവച്ച മൽസരസ്വഭാവമുളളലമുള്ള പ്രത്യേകം ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ദർഘാ സുകൾ അടക്കം ചെയ്ത കവറിന് പുറത്ത് 2007-08 വർഷത്തിൽ . ഐററം സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന " എന്ന് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം 3-12-2007 തിങ്കളാഴ്ച രാവിലെ 11 മണി വരെ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്" . ദർഘാസുകൾ 3-12-2007 തിങ്കളാഴ (അന്ന് അവധി ആകുന്നപക്ഷം തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം ) 12 മണിവരെ ഈ ആഫീസിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കു ന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 12.10 മുതൽ ക്രമാനുസരണം അപ്പോൾ ഹാജരുളളവരുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്.

നിബന്ധനകൾ

2. ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന നിരക്ക് നികുതി / ഡ്യൂട്ടി ഉൾപ്പെടെയായിരിക്കണം .
3. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന സമ്മതപത്രം ചെലവിൽ 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഴുതി ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം പ്രത്യേകം കവറിൽ നൽകേണ്ടതാണ്.
പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . 4. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വില തിരിച്ച് നൽകുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസിലെ നിരക്കുകൾക്ക് 31-3-2008 സർക്കാരിനുണ്ടാകുന്ന 5. ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിച്ചശേഷം പിൻവാങ്ങിയാൽ നിരതദ്രവ്യം സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് മുതൽക്കൂട്ടുന്നതും കഷ്ടനഷ്ടങ്ങൾ ദർഘാസുകാരിൽ നിന്നും നിയമാനുസൃതം ഈടാക്കുന്നതുമാണ് .
6. പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ കുറയ്ക്കുന്നതിനോ അളവ് കൂട്ടുന്നതിനോ സൂപ്രണ്ടിന് അധികാരമുണ്ടായിരിക്കും .
7. ദർഘാസുകൾ കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരാകരിക്കാനുള്ള പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരം 2000 സൂപ്രണ്ടിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ് .
8. കരാർ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നപക്ഷം ആഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്ന മുറയ്ക്ക് നിശ്ചിത സ്ഥലങ്ങളിൽ സാധനസാമഗ്രികൾ എത്തിച്ചുതരേണ്ടതാണ് . സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ ഗുണനിലവാരം ഉറപ്പുവരു ത്തിയതിനുശേഷമേ ഫാമിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു .

ദർഘാസുകൾ ദർഘാസുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്‌ധ്യത്തിലോ കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻറുമാരു ടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ദിവസം തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
നിർദിഷ്ട തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘം സുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
