an Wherças, the Government are of opinion that industrial dispute exists between The Group Manager,Harrisons Malayalam Ltd. Mooplyvally EstateEstateandand the workman of the above referred establishment represented by The General Secretary , Kerala State Estate and Plantation Workers Union , (TUCI) , Lekshmi Nilayam Lodge, Alagappa Nagar 680302 Thrissur District in respect of mentioned in the annexure to this order ; matters
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between the Managing Director , The Malabar Co - operative Textiles Ltd. Karthala, Chungam , Athavanadu P.O. , Kuttippuram (via), Malappuram and the workman of the above referred establishment represented by the Secretary Malco Tex Employees Union ( INTUC ) , Karthala P. O. , Chungam -679 571 , Malappuram in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication:
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal , Palakkad . The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months .
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) ( d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial 210

Karuppayya , Superintendent Amaravathy Estate , Pampadumpara P. O. and the workmen of the above referred establishment represented by Sri K. A. Mani , Secretary, Plantation Employees Union ( C.I.T.U. ) , Puliyanmala , Idukki in respect of matters. mentioned in annexure το this order;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Whereas , the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between 1. The President , Muvattupuzha Rubber Marketing Co -operative Society Ltd. No. 3094 , Muvattupuzha , 2. The FactoryFac Manager , M. R. M. Crumb Rubber Factory, South Marady, Muvattupuzha and the workmen of the above referred establishment Sri P. A. Johny, Mecheril House, Kakkoor P. O. , Koothattukulam in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;
And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) ( d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of 1947 ( Central Act XIV of 1947) the Govern- ment hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal Idukki . The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three months .

O. , Pin- 683 556 and the workman of the above referred establishment Sri K. K. Aji , Kumbalath Veedu , Valayanchirangara P. O., Irapuram - 683 556 in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication:
Sri. K. V. Joseph , Advocate , Thiruvanantha- puram has been appointed as Notary for 3 years with effect from 22-12-1995 and the Certificate is being renewed periodically . The Certificate of Practice renewed for five years with effect from 22-12-2001 expired on 21-12-2006 . Further Sri K. V. Joseph has submitted an application for renewal of his Certificate of practice with effect from 22-12-2006 . But , later vide letter dated.
