Commission during the pendency of this list. As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies , there is no guarantee that all candi- dates included in the list will secure appointment. The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no ciam at all for appointment on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list.
Those Ex-Serviceme, candidates who have obtained 40% marks and above have been included in the Mara List of this Ranked List. The cut off marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of candidates under the reservation group of Communities .
According to the oxisting procedure, re -valuation of answer scripts is not allowed. But answer scripts will be re-checked, if the candidates apply for
of The following list contains the паще candidates found suitable on the basis of the Written Test held on 2-12-2006 for the post of Clerk - Typist onRs. 3050-5230 ( PR) in the Sainil, Welfare Depart- ment in Palakkad District arranged in the order of merit. The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 8-8-2007 . The Ranked List will be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is carlier. Candi- dates from this list will be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the re- checking remitting the prescribed fee of Rs .50 (Rupees Fifty only ) in any one of the Treasuries in the State under the Head of Account "0051 PSC 105 State PSC-99 Examination Fec".
Applications for re-checking of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or its photocopy or down- loaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's Website www.keralapse.org or photo- copied therefrom . Applications submitted in any other manner will not be considered.
The application for re- checking along with the original chalan receipt should reach the District Officer, Kerala Public Service Commission District Office, Palakkad within one month from the date of publication of the Ranked List . Application for re-checking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained. The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any account . In the case of candidates who send application for re- checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipt as stated above, the marks awarded by the Examiner for the questions willbe re- checked and ifit is found that the examiner has omitted to award marks for the question or a sub- division of a question, the paper will be got re-checked and the discrepancies rectified. The result of the rechecking willbe intimated to the candidates from this office.
Entries put in Column 4 ( community) are based on the communities sepcifiedby the candidates in their application forms and proved by them with necessary documents . The cancandidates whose communities have not been correctly noted in the list as provedby them in their application should intimate the fact to the District Officer , Kerala Public Service Commission District Office , Palakkad within 1 ( one) month from the date of publication of the ranked list to get the benefit of reservation to which they are entitled to . In the absence of timely information regarding discrepancies , if any, the candidates will be advised as incorporated inthis list .
