It is hereby notified for the information of the public that the teak billets, jungle wood, fire wood collected from the 1943 Teak Plantation Chengara in Vadasserikkara Range of this division as shown in the schedule below will be sold in public tender/ auction at dumping site shown in the schedule , by the Divisional Forest Officer , Ranni or any officer authorised by him , subject to the conditions published in Kerala Gazette No. 50 Forest Sheet page 432 to 437 dated 19-12-2006 by the Chief Conservator of Forests (P), Thiruvananthapuram notified as per No. Pro (5) 5427/06 dated 18-11-2006. Besides the quantity shown in the schedule as well as the quantity to be delivered to dumping sight before the date of tender/auction will also be included in the sale . If the date of tender/auction noted next in the working the schedule is declared as public holidays , the tender/auction will be conducted in the day at the same time and place and if the proposed tender/ auction is not held due to other reasons on tender/auction date , the same willbe conducted on the alternate dates as shown in the schedule at the same time and place. Sealed tenders can be subunitted to the concerned Range Officer before 3 p.m. of the previous dayofof auctions . Tender forms can be had from this officeoffice on all working days on payment of Rs . 100 and VAT etc.
Those who intent to participate in the tender/auction shall deposit a sum of Rs . 10,000 (Ten thousand only) as E.M.D. in cash at the time of submission of tender. Thos : who intend to participate in the auction shall deposit the EMD at the above rate before the commencement of auction.
Intending personsersons may ensure the quality and quantity of materials put up for auction/tender and no complaints will be entertained after auction/tender. The tenders /bidders should produce a Certificate showing the permanent address and signature of the bidders duly attested by the concerned Village Officer, or any other approved identity documents before depositing the EMD . Those who do not produce any approved identity card or certificate will not be allowed to participate in the tender/auction.
In case Government department requires any of the materials, the quantity remaining after their selection only will be auctioned . The quantity that may become ready for sale after theafter the publication of this notification will also be included in the tender/ auction . Any further notification to the sale conditions that may be ordered by Government after the publication of this notification will also be applicable for this tender! auction.

ദർഘാസ് ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ അവരുടെ സ്ഥിരമായ മേൽവിലാസവും കൈയൊപ്പും സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറും ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട വില്ലേജ് ഓഫീസറിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങി ദർഘാസ് / ലേഖത്തിന് നിരതദ്രവ്യം കെട്ടിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിനു മുമ്പായി ഹാജറാക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. നിയമാനുസൃത തിരിച്ചറിയൽ കാർഡോ , സർട്ടിഫിക്കറോ ഇല്ലാത്തവരെ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ്,ലേലത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ ലേലത്തിനു മുൻപായി ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങളുടെ ഗുണ നിലവാരവും അളവും നേരിൽ കണ്ട് ബോക്സ് ധ്യപ്പെട്ടുകൊളേണ്ടതാണ് . അതിനുശേഷമുള്ള പരാതികൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഈ വിജ്ഞാപന തീയതിക്ക് ദർഘാസ്/ലേല സംബന്ധമായി സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവുകൾ എന്തെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടായാൽ ആയതും ഈ ദർഘാസ്/ലേലത്തിന്ദർഘാസ്ലേലത്തിന് ബാധകമായിരിക്കും . വിരൽപ്പനയ്ക്ക് വച്ചിട്ടുള ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ ഏതെങ്കിലും വരുന്നപക്ഷം ആയതു കഴിച്ചുളള വകുപ്പുകൾക്ക് ആവശ്യമായി ഉടൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ മാത്രമേ വിൽക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. പട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിക്കുന്നതിൽ ഉപരി ലേലത്തിനു മുമ്പ്" ഡമ്പിംഗ ഡിപ്പൊയിൽ ഇറക്കി ലോട്ടു ചെയ്യുന്ന ഉൽപ്പന്നങ്ങൾ കൂടി ലേലത്തിൽ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും . കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഈ ആഫീസിലോ വടശ്ശേരിക്കര റെയിഞ്ചാഫീസിൽനിന്നോ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ അന്വേഷിച്ച്. അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .

it is hereby notified for the information of the public that the undermentioned, quantity of timber kept inGovernment Timber Depot, Vettikkad under this Division will be sold in public auction-cum- tenderby the Divisional Forest Officer , Timber Sales Division , Kottayam or by his nomince on the date noted against each at lu a. m . The sale will be subject to the conditions notified in pages 432to 437 of Forest Sheets in the Kerala Gazette (publishedby Authority) No. 50 dated 19th December 2006by the Chief Conservator of Forests (P) Lr. No. Pro-5-5427/ 2006 , dated 18-11-2006 . Conditions mentioned about post offer in this regard are applicable to the auction . If the notified day happens to be a holiday the sale willbe conducted on the next working day at the same place and time. The quantity shown may vary subject to availability, as this is the possible quantity.
Sealed tender for the auction shallbe received on or before 3 p.m. on the pre - date of auction. Tender forms costing Rs. 100 willbe available from Timber Sales Division Office , Kottayam. കേരള പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പ് അംഗീകരിച്ച് നടപ്പിലാക്കിയിട്ടുള്ള ദർഘാസിദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ചുള മാറ നിബന്ധനകളെല്ലാം ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട ദിവസം ഒരു പൊതു ഒഴിവായി വരുന്നപക്ഷം അടുത്ത പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം നിശ്ചിത സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കു ന്നതും തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . കേരള സർക്കാരിൻ ദർഘാ സുകളെ സംബന്‌ധിച്ച മാറല്ലാ നിയമങ്ങളും ഇതിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും .
