Collegiate Education Department SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. 229/2007.

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Computer, Printer and U. P. S. worth Rs . 32,000 to C. M. Government Music College, Palakkad.
The tenders should be superscribed " Tender No. 229/07 supply of Computer , Printer and U.P.S. " and addressed to The Principal , C.M. Government Music College, Palakkad-678 001. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p.m. on 21-12-2007 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , C. M. Government Music College , Palakkad -678 001 obtained the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rupees 165 ( Rupees One hundred and sixty five only) which is the price fixed for a form/set offorms and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 2 p . m. on 21-12-2007. Cheques , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the eest of forms nor will the forms be sent per V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs. 110 (Rupees One hundred and ten only) per copy .
സുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ 21-12-2007 പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക് ഹാജരായിട്ടുള്ള കരാറുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത ഏജൻറിൻ്റെയോ സാന്നിദ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
പങ്കെടുക്കാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ള കരാറുകാർ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിനായി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , ചെമ്പൈ സ്മാരക സർക്കാർ സംഗീത കോളേജ് , പാലക്കാട് -678 001 " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി 165 (150+15) ( 0 അറുപത്തിയഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം ). (നികുതിയടക്കം ) അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി ക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം 099000 ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുള്ളത ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറ വിൽപ്പന 21-12-2007 പകൽ 2 മണിക്ക് അവസാനി ക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വിലയായി (ഡ്രാഫ്‌ററുകൾ, ചെക്കുകൾ, സ്ററാമ്പുകൾ എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ വി.പി.പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ആയതിലേക്കായി 110 രൂപ ( നൂറ്റി പത്ത് രൂപ മാത്രം ) കൂടി അടയ് Palakkad.
