Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Chemicals the Various Departments of Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura. ta
The tenders should be superscribed "Tenderfor the supply of Chemicals and addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura.
P.A.C.-Rs. 2,65,000 .
Cost of tender form (Inclusive of VAT. ) (Non-refundable) :
Original Rs .450 Duplicate Rs. 225
Rs. 50 will be charged extra towards the postage if the tender form has to be sent by post .
Date and time for sale of tender forms- 1-11-2007 to 30-11-2007, 2 p.m.
Last date and time for receipt of tender 7-12-2007, 2 р. m.
Date and time for opening of tenders- 7-12-2007 at 3. p. m.
Date upto which the rates to be firm-31-1-2008.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College, Tripunithura obtain the requisite tender forma aganist cash remittance . The tender form is not transferable. Cheques, Postage Stamps ete. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent per V. P. P.
ആയുർവേദ തൃപ്പൂണിത്തും കോളേജിലെ വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളിലേക്ക് ആവശ്യമായ കെട്ടിക്കൽസ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുവാൻ തയ്യാറുളളവരിൽ നിന്നു. നിർദ്ദിഷ്‌6 ഫോറത്തിൽ സീൽ ചെയ്‌ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .

ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില (വാറാ " ഉൾപ്പെടെ) :
ഒരിജിനൽ രൂപ 450 . ഡ്യൂാിക്കേറ്റ രൂപ 225.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വിൽക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും 1-11-2007 മുതൽ 30-11-2007 , 2 മണിവരെ , ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതിയും സമയവും 7-12-2007 , 2 മണി വരെ ,
ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതിയും സമയവും . 7-12-2007 at 3am, 31-1-2008 23 നിരക്ക പ്രാബല്യത്തിലിരി ക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ" ഫോറങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വിലയ്ക്കു പുറമേ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ " ல " , പക്കുകൾ , ഡ്രാഫ്‌റുകൾ , പോസ്റോജ് സ്‌ററാമ്പുകൾ എന്നിവ സ്വീകാര്യമല്ല . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ വി . പി . പി . ആയി അയയ്ക്കു ammy.
ദർഘാസ് നീട്ടി വയ്ക്കുന്നതിനും യാതൊരു കാരണവും കൂടാതെ റദ്ദാക്കുന്നതിനുമുള്ള അധികാരം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . സർക്കാർ വകുപ്പുകളിൽ നിലവിലുള്ള എല്ലാ ദർഘാസ് നിബന്ധനകളും ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരി ക്കുന്നതാണ് . കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ പ്രവർത്തി സമയങ്ങളിൽ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അറിയാ വുന്നതാണ് .
