Fire and Rescue Services Department SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. F1-7128 /2007-1 .
IstNovember 2007 .
Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase of 50 numbers chain saws to Fire and Rescue Services Department. Details of items canbe had along with the tender forms . The tenders are to reach the undersigned before 17.00 hrs . on 21-12-2007.
The tenderers should be superscribed Tender No. 1/2007 and addressed to the Commandant General , Home Guards , Civil Defence and Fire and Rescue Services, Kerala, Pulimoodu P. O. Thiruvananthapuram-695 001. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders willbe opended at 11.00 hours on 22-12-2007 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be presenet at that time.
cash Intending tenderers may on application to the Commandant General obtain the requisite tender form on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender forms should be accompa- nied by remittance/Money Order of Rs.1000+ 4% VAT ( round to next rupee) per copywhich is the price fixed by Government and is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender transferable . Sale of tender forms willbe closed as 15 hours on 18-12-2007 . Neither Cheques , Bank Drafts Postal Orders, Postage Stamps ete . will be accepted towards the cost of tender forms, nor will the tender forms be sent per V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be supplied at the rate of Rs.500+ 4% VAT per copy. forms are not
The tenderers to read the General Conditions given in the tender forms carefully before the forms are filled up .
Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to firms outsideState, if required , bya separate cash remittance ofRs . 70by Money Order.
കേരള ഫയർ ആൻറ് സ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ് വകുപ്പിലേക്ക് 50 ചെയിൽസാτης αλλασικης ചെയ്യുന്ന തിലേക്കായി താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 1 /2007 -ാം നമ്പരായി ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു. ടി ദർഘാസിൻ വിശദവിവര ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം ലടിക്കുന്നതാണ് .
1,000 രൂപയും 4 % മൂല്യാധിഷ്‌ഠിത നികുതിയും ഈ ആഫീസിൽ ഒരുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ദർഘാസ് ഫേമറത്തിൻ്റ വില 500 രൂപയും 4% മൂല്യാധിഷ്‌ഠിത നികൃതിയും ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില യാതൊരു കാരണ മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല. ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറ വിൽപ്പന 18-12-2007 , 15.00 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . നിശ്‌ചിത ഫോറത്തിലുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ 21-12-2007 , 17.00 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി തീയതിക്കുശേ യാതൊരു san ലഭിക്കുന്ന മർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ 22-12-2007, 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാര അവരുടെ അംഗീകത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നി മധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ കൈകമാാഠം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല.
ടി ദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്‌ധിച്ച വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ, 60006000 മുതലായവ കമാൻഡൻറ് ജനാൽ , ഫോംഗാർഡ്സ് , സിവിൽ ഡിഫൻസ് , ഫയർ ആൻറ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ്, ഫാസിംഗ്' പുളിമൂട് പി.ഒ. , തിരുവനന്തപുരം , പിൻ-695 001 Agn ഓഫീസറുടെ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കു നതാണ് . മദ്‌ഘാസിൻറ് വില യാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും പോസ്‌ററൽ മാർഡർ , പോസ്‌ററ് സ്‌ററാമ്പ് , ഗ്യാരൻറി , ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്റ് എന്നിവയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
