Whereas, the Oriental Insurance Company Limited, Trivandrum vas deposited with this Grat an amount of R1 . 6,09,839 (Rupees Six lakas nine thousand eight hundred and thirty nine only) asWorkmen's Compentation payable to the dependents ofthe deceased workman Sri Sajan BrittoBritt who metwith a fatal accident on 1-8-2001 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the employer Sri Alfred Fernandes, Dafodil , Puthukuruchi P. O. and whereas enqury conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Varkala, it is understood that the following perions dependents of the deceased work nan within the meaning of Section 2 ( 1 ) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act, 1923 . are the

(ശ്രീ , ആൽഫ്രഡ് ഫെർണാണ്ടസ് , ഡാഫോഡിൽ , പുതുക്കുറിച്ചി , തിരുവനന്തപുറത്തിരൻ കീഴിൽ മാവി നോക്കിവരനവ മാരകമായി അപകടമുണ്ടായി മ ശ്രീ , സാജൻ (ബ്രിട്ടോയുടെ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി 6,09.819 രൂപ ( ആറ് ലക്ഷത്തി ഒൻപതിനായിരത്തി എണ്ണൂറ്റി മുപ്പത്തി ഒൻപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) ഓറിയൻറൽ ഇൻഷ്വറൻ കെട്ടിവച്ച ട്ടുണ്ട് . തൊഴിലാളി കൾക്കുള്ള നഷ്ടപരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 ( 1 ) (ഡി ) വകുപ്പ് അനുസരിച്ച് നിർവചിച്ചപ്രകാരം ടിയാൻ ആശ്രിതരായി ( 1 ) (ശീമതി പൌളിനാ ഫെർണാണ്ടസ് ( mar9 , (2) മേരി ടെസ്സി ഫെർണാണ്ടസ് ( വിവാ ഹിതയായ സഹോദരി ) പൌളിനാ ഹൗസ് , *SPERI പി. ഒ. , മാങ്ങോട് വഴി വർക്കല എന്നിവർ മാത്രം 2 വെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു . അപ്രകാരമുളള ആശ്രിതരാന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടുന്ന മറ്റ് ആരെങ്കിലു മുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ് ഗസററിൽ പരസ്യപ്പെടുത്തി 15 ദിവസ ത്തിനകം എൻ മുൻപാര എഴുതി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതും അവകാശവാദം ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴവനും ചൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യക്തികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന com . സാർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

Whereas, New India Assurance Company Ltd. has deposited with tais Court a sum of Ka. 4,71,138 (Rupees Two lakas seventy one thousand one hundred and thirty eight only) as compensation for distributed to the dependants of the deceased Sri Ujaya Kumar who met with a fatal accident while employed under the Driver in Mini Lorry and whereas it is reported that ( 1) Sri M. Sankaran (expired ) (Father- Hewas alive at the time of deceasad deata), (2) Smt. M. Lekshmi ( Mother) , ( 3) Smt. Minunol (Unmarried Sister at the time of deceased deata) , Roadvila Veedu, Cairakarathazham P. O. , Kolian and nas only dependenta as detines under Section 2 ( 1 ) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act , any others claiming to be such dependents should witara 15 days of the publication of this notice in the Kerala Government Gazette, preter their claims in writing belore me and prove the same. Il no such claims aro rocoived within the prescribed time , the entire amount of compensacion will be disoursed to the persons mennoned above . Giauna preferred thereafter will not be considered.
