The Technical bids will be opened at 4.30 p.m. on 18-12-2007 . Competitive tenders in sealed cover super- scribing the name of works are invited under two cover system for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala by the undersigned from 'A' Class or equivalent registered contractors ( individual/firm) of the Kerala , Tamil Nadu , Karnataka , Andhrapradesh , Goa States and Pondichery , Daman and Due , Union Territories upto 4 p.m. on 27-12-2007. Technical bids shall be openedby the Superintending Engineer or by an authorised officer on the same day at 4.30 p . n. in the presence of tenderers present. Tenders will be received by post only . 2. The prospective tenderers ( individual or firm) have to mobilize the required Machinery for the work by themselves.
3. The prospective tenderer should have completed at least one work of similar nature costing atleast 60% of the PAC of the work tendered during the last five years . Tender from shall be issued only to those tenderer ( individual / firm) who produced certificate to this effect issued by the concerned Executive Engineer .
