ടെണ്ടറുകൾ 22-12-2007 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണി മുൻപായി ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം തിരുവനന്തപുരം സർക്കാർ വനിതാ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . കവറിൻറ പുറത്ത് നമ്പർ 000,1,08/00-2382/2007/هه . തീയതി 15-11-2007 എന്നും അതിനുപുറമെ വിവിധ ഡിപ്പാർട്ടു മെൻ‌റുകൾക്ക് 152 ഉപകരണങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന" എന്ന രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കേണ്ടതും ആകുന്നു. വൈകി ലഭിക്കുന്ന ടെണ്ടർ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ആവശ്യമുളള സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ലാബ് ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ ലിസ്‌റാ ടെണ്ടർ ഫാറത്തി നോടൊപ്പം നൽകുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ലഭിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതി 22-12-2007 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 2 മണിക്ക്' ,

as The tenders should be superscribed Tender No. A6-2382/2007-08/GCW. dated 15-11-2007 for the supply of Lab Equipments to the departments ofBotany, Chemistry, Industrial Micro Biology, Physics, Zoology, Home Science, Mathematics and Psychology and addressed to the Principal , Government College for Women, Vazhuthacaud, Thycaud P.O. , Thiruvananthapuram , Pin-695 014, so as to reach the undersigned on or before 22-12-2007 at 2 p.m. Tenders received after the date and time will not be accepted under any circumstances. The tenders received within the time stipulated above will be opened on 22-12-2007 at 3 p.m. in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present atthat time .

തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് , ചെക്ക് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ മുതലായവ ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വിലയായി സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിന് 200 രൂപ + വാറ ' നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് .

സൂചന : ഉപകരണങ്ങളുടെ വില എഴുതുമ്പോൾ അത് നികുതിയടക്കമുള്ളതായിരിക്കണം .

Duplicate tender forms if required will be issued at Rs. 200 +VAT . are intending obtain the same by post should submit their request together with a self addressed and stamped envelope affixing postage stamps of worth of Rs . 30. The cost of tender forms once remitted will not be refunded under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable .
