SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of 732 numbers of M. T. Batteries to Fire and Rescue Services Department . Details of items and quantities required canbehad along with the tender forms . The tenders Fare to be received to the undersigned before 5 p . m . on 27-12-2007 .
അസ്സൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വില 1000 രൂപയും 4% മൂല്യാധിഷ്‌ഠിത നികുതിയും ഈ ആഫീസിൽ ഒരുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ് ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വില 500 രൂപയും 4 % മൂല്യധിഷ്ഠിത നികുതിയും ഒടുക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫാറത്തിൻറ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കിക്കൊടുക്കുന്നതല്ല . ടെണ്ടർ ഫാറത്തിൻറെ വിൽപ്പന 26-12-2007 , 3 മണിക്കു അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത ഫാറത്തിനുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ മുമ്പായി ஊ പ്രസ്തുത തീയതിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . 28-12-2007 രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ അംഗീകൃത പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നി ദധ്യത്തിൽ വച്ച് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറാം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ല . യാതൊരു 27-12-2007, 5 ഓഫീസിൽ മണിക്ക് ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
The tenders should be superscribed as Tender No. 2/2007 and addressed to the Commandant General, Home Guards , Civil Defence and Fire and Rescue Services Headquarters , Housing Board Junction , Thiruvananthapuram- 1. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders willbe opened at 11 a . m . on 28-12-2007 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
ഈ ദർഘാസിനെ സംബന്ധിച്ച വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ , വ്യവസ്ഥകൾ , ദർഘാസ് 100060300 മുതലായവ കമാൻറൻറ് ജനറൽ , ഹോം ഗാർഡ്സ് . സിവിൽ ഡിഫൻസ് , ഫയർ ആൻറ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ് , കേരള ഹൗസിംഗ് ബോർഡ* ജംഗ്ഷൻ , പുളിമൂട് പി . ഒ . , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -1 എന്ന ആഫീസറുടെ ആഫീസിൽസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാഎല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും വൈകുന്നേരം 5 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് ദർഘാ സിൻ വില യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പോസ്ററൽ , ഓർഡർ , പോസ്‌ററ് സ്ററാമ്പ് , ചെക്ക് , ബാങ്ക് ഗ്യാരൻറി , ബാങ്ക് ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് എന്നിവയായി സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല.

Intending tenderers may on application to the Commandant General obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted . Application for tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance/Money Order of Rs . 1000 +4% VAT (Round to next rupee per copy, which is the price fixed by Government and is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 3 p.m. on 26-12-2007. Neither Cheques , Bank Drafts , Postal Order, Postage Stamp etc. willbe accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the tender forms be send by V.P.P. Duplicate tender forms if required will be supplied @ Rs . 400 + 4% VAT per copy . The tenderers must be read the general conditions given in the tender forms carefully before the forms are filled up.
Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to firms outside State if required by separate cash remittance of Rs . 70 by money order. a
