ദർഘാസുകളിൽ ടെണ്ടർ നമ്പർ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി "അഡീഷണൽ ഡയറക്‌ടർ ( മെഡിക്കൽ ) , ആരോഗ്യ വകുപ്പ് ഡയറക്ട‌ടറേറ് , തിരുവനന്തപുരം -3 " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 18-12-2007 പകൽ മൂന്ന് മണിക്ക് മുമ്പ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . സ്വീകാര്യമായ ദർഘാ സുകൾ നൽകിയവരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തി യവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ 19-12-2007 പകൽ 11 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് , ദർഘാസുകൾ വിൽക്കുന്ന അവസാന തീയതി 17-12-2007 പകൽ 3 മണിവരെയാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അതിന്റെ വിലയും കോപ്പികൂടി ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ അതിൻറെ വിലയും മണിയോർഡറായോ നേരിട്ടോ അടച്ച് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് മെഡിക്കൽ സ്‌റേറാർ ഓഫീസർക്ക് രേഖാമൂലം അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്" , തപാൽ മുഖേന ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ രജിസ്ററർ ചാർജ്ജായ 50 രൂപയും കൂടി ഓരോ ഫാറത്തിനും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട അവസാന തീയതിക്ക " പത്തു പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസം മുമ്പെങ്കിലും ലഭിക്കുന്ന മണിയോർഡറുകൾ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളു.
