Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the purchase of the following Books to Medical College, Kottayam.
Tender forms can be had from this office on payment of Rs . 450 prescribed cost in cash or by money order . till 26-12-2007. No other modes of remittance will be entertained . Those who require ender formsby post a sum of Rs. 40 will be added towards postage charges . Money Orders should reach this office at least 10 daysprior to the closing date of tender sales . Cost of tender forms will not be refunded .
The duly signed tenders superscribed on the envelope as "Tender No. C4/ 16814/03 /MCK " for the purchase of Book under Book Bank Scheme addressed to "The Principal , Medical College , Kottayam -8" should reach this office on or before 27-12-2007. Tenders received ate will not be entertained . The duly received tenders will be opened at 29-12-2007, 2.30 . p.m.at the stipulated time in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be presentat that time.
Further details can be obtained from this office during working hours . The undersigned reserves the right to reject any tender without assigning any reason.
കോട്ടയം മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജിലേക്ക് താഴെ പറയുന്ന ബുക്കുകൾ ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു. വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസ് പത്രങ്ങൾ 450 രൂപ അടച്ച് ആഫീസിൽനിന്നും 26-12-2007 വരെ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് പത്രങ്ങൾ തപാലിൽ ആവശ്യമുളളവർ 40 രൂപ അധികം മണി ഓർഡറായി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഓർഡറുകൾ ദർഘാസ" വിൽപ്പന അവസാനിക്കുന്നതിന് 10 ദിവസം മുമ്പ് ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ പത്രത്തിന്റെ വില മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല.
മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ നമ്പർ സി 4 / 16814 / 03 /എം . സി . കെ. ബുക്കുകൾ " എന്ന മേലെഴുത്തോടുകൂടി " പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ് , കോട്ടയം -8 " എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ 27-12-2007 - ന് മുമ്പ് ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത സമയത്തിനു ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്നതോ അപൂർണ്ണമായതോ ആയ ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . യഥാസമയം ലഭ്യമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ 29-12-2007 , 2.30 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് .
