And whereas , in the opinion of Goverament it is necessary to refor the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between 1. The President, Onchiyam Co-operative Urban Society Ltd. , Kannukara, Madappally College P.O. , Vatakara , Kozhikode, 2. The Secretary, Onchiyam Co- operative
Now, therefore , in exercise of the powers conferredby section 10 (1 ) ( c) of the Industrial Disputes Act of1947( Central Act XIV of 1947) , the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Labour Court, Kozhikode. The Labour Court will pas the award within a period of three months.

Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between 1. The President, Music World (adivision of Spencer's Retail Limited, 11 R. N. Mukharjee Road , Nilhai House , 8th Floor (2) The Principal , Shihab English Medium School , Adka, Mangalpady P. O. -671 324 , Kasaragode and the workman of the above referred establishment Smt. Bhavani w/ o Kuttappa , Near Panchi Stadium, Shiriya P. O. , via . Kumbala in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;
Kolkatta -700 001 , ( 2) The Store Head and Manager , Operations , Music World (A division of Spencer'sRetail Limited) , Kerala Regional Office , M. K. V.V. Building 40/8980 , M. G. Road , Ernakulam and the workman of the above referred establishment Sri George Kurian, Erinjeri House , Nirmala Garden, Behind Lourde Metropolitan Church, Kizhakkumpattukara , Thrissur- 680 005 in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
And whereas , in the opinion of Government , it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;

O. , Irapuram , Erumathala P.O.-683 556 and the workman of the above referred establishment Shri K. M. Shameer , Koppar.ambil Veedu, Valayanchirangara P.O. - 683 556 in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order .
Whereas , the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between the Managing Director , Rubek Balloons Pvt . Limited, Rubber Park, Valayanchirangara P. O. , Irapuram, Erumathala P. O. -683 556 and the workmen of the above referred establishment Shri N. G. Sali , Nambiath Veedu , Irapuram -683 551 in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order:
Andwhereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication;
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
