Read ( 1 ) This Office Order No. EB(5 ) 50661/03 dated 4-12-2004.
(2) This Office Order No. EB(5) 23784/04 dated 29-4-2005.
The final seniority list of Lower Division Clerks of Co- operative Department for the period from 1-1-2000 to 31-12-2002 was published as per proceedings read as first above.
Subsequently as per the letter read above as second the provisional seniority List of Lower Division Clerks appointed in this department by recruitment through Kerala public Service Commission Interdepartmental transfers and by various Government Orders advising for appointment during the period from 1-1-2003 to 31-12-2004 was prepared and circulated among the individuals concerned inviting objections , if any.
The objections received were examined and disposed on merits of each case , Corrections wherever necessary were also made in the provisional seniority list circulated.
The Principles laid down in the Rule 27 of the General Rules (Kerala State and Subordinat Service Rules) and in the various Government Orders relating to the assigning of rank and seniority have been followed in finalizing the list .
Hence the final Seniority List of Lower Division Clerks for prepared on the above guidelines is approved and published as the period from 1-1-2003 to 31-12-2004 appended to this order .
