മുകളിൽ പറഞ്ഞിട്ടുള്ള വസ്തു‌തകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ കെ. 422-ാം നമ്പർ വാഗമൺ സഹകരണ ആശുപത്രി സംഘത്തിൻറെ പ്രവർത്തനം അവസാനമായി സമാപ്തീകരണം നടത്തിയതായി പ്രഖ്യാപിച്ചുകൊണ്ടും 1969 -ലെ സഹകരണ സംഘം നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 74 പ്രകാരം സംഘത്തിന്റെ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ oa"a ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് ശുപാർശ ചെയ്തുകൊണ്ടും ഇതിനാൽ ഉത്തരവായിരിക്കുന്നു .

1990-91 5,815 - 1991-92-55 33,350 1992-93 -36,415 , 1993-94 വർഷം 3745 രൂപയും കുട്ടികളിൽ നിന്നും 20ου great mob സംഘത്തിന് വച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് കെട്ടിടമോ ശമ്പളം പറയുന്ന ജീവനക്കാരോ ഇല്ല . 4-11994-ന് ശേഷം സംഘത്തിൽ കൈവശം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന അകസാമാനങ്ങൾ നിലവിൽ യാതാര്യ പ്രവർത്തനവും നന്നാട്ടില്ല . സംഘത്തിന് ഉളളതായി കണ്ടെത്തിയിട്ടില്ല . 30-6-1994-m ശേഷം സംഘത്തിൽ വാർഷിക കണക്കെടുപ്പ് നടത്തിയിട്ടില്ല , സംഘത്തിൽ റിക്കാർഡുകൾ പൂർണ്ണമായി ലഭ്യമല്ലാത്തതിനാൽ 1993-94 മുതൽ ആഡിറ്റ് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിച്ചിട്ടില്ല .
മേൽ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ സംഘത്തിന്റെ ഘടന പ്രവർത്തനം സാമ്പത്തിക സ്ഥിതി എന്നിവയെക്കുറിച്ച് പൊതുവായും സംഘം തുടർന്ന് നടത്തിക്കൊണ്ടുപോകുന്നതിന് എന്തെങ്കിലും സാദ്‌ധ്യതയുണ്ടോ എന്നതിനെ കുറിച്ചും, സഹകരണ നിക 66-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരം പരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതിനു ആലുവ സം അസിസ്റാൻറ് റജിസ്ട്രാർ ( ജനറൽ ) മാഫീസിലെ യുണ്ടായി . മാഫീസിലെ കാലടി യൂണിററ് ഇൻസ്പെക്‌ടറെ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തുക സംഘത്തിൽ പ്രഥമ പൊതുയോഗം കൂടിയതിനുശേഷം പൊതുയോഗം കൂടിയിട്ടില്ല . 12-3-1994-ന ശേഷം കമ്മിറ്റി കൂടിയിട്ടില്ലാത്തതുമാണ് . സംഘത്തിൽ തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നടത്തുന്നതിനുള്ള യാതൊരു നടപടി കളും സ്വീകരിച്ചിട്ടില്ല . നിലവിലുള്ള ഏറടുത്ത് ആർക്കും സംഘത്തി സംഘത്തിന്റെ നടത്തുന്നതിന് താൽപ്പര്യമില്ല . ആയതിനാൽ പ്രവർത്തനം മുന്നോട്ടു കൊണ്ടുപോകാൻ സാധിക്കാതെ വന്നിരിക്കുന്നു . തെരഞ്ഞെടുപ്പ് നടത്തുന്നതിനും മാറ് പ്രവർത്തനങ്ങൾക്കും യാതൊരു ഫണ്ടും സംഘത്തിലില്ല സംസഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 66 ( 4) പ്രകാരം മുൻ ഭരണസമിതിയംഗങ്ങൾക്കൊക്കെ നോട്ടീസ് അയച്ചെങ്കിലും ആറും നേരിൻ ഹാജരാകുകയോ വിവാ നല്കുകയോ ചെയ്തിട്ടില്ല . സംഘാംഗങ്ങൾക്കോ, മുൻഭരണസമിതയംഗങ്ങൾക്കോ സംഘം തുടർന്ന് നടത്തുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു താരൽപ്പര്യവും കാണുന്നില്ല എന്ന് അസിസ്ററൻ" രജിസ്ട്രാർ ( ജനറൽ) റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് , സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം തുടർന്ന് നടത്തുന്നതിന് യാതൊരു ദുർഗ് ഗവുമില്ല എന്ന് കണ്ട് സംഘം പ്രവർത്തനം സമാപ്‌തീകരിക്കേണ്ടത് ആവശ്യമാണെന്ന് 66-ാം വകുപ്പ് പ്രകാരമുളള അന്വേഷണ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥാൻ ശുപാർശ ബോധ്യപ്പെട്ട് താഴെകൊടുക്കുന്ന ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു .

ഇ. 881 -ാം നമ്പർ കടുങ്ങല്ലൂർ എഡ്യൂക്കേഷണൽ സഹകരണ സംഘത്തിന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം 1969-00 കേരള സഹകരണ നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 71 (2 ) (ഡി ) പേകാരം എന്നിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്തമായ അധികാരമുപയോഗിച്ച് സംഘത്തിൻറ പ്രവർപ്രവർത്തനം സമാപതീകരിക്കുന്നതിന് ഉത്തരവാകുന്നു. ടി സംഘത്തിന്റെ സമാപ് തീകരണ ത്തിനായി നിയമാനുസരണം സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതിനു (ജനറൽ) ഓഫീസിലെ ആലുവ യുണിറ്റ് നിയമം വകുപ്പ് 72 ( 1 ) (പ്രകാരം സിക്വിഡേറററായി നിയമിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു . ലിക്വിഡേറാർ സംഘത്തിൻറെ എല്ലാ ആസ്തി സമാപ്തീകരണം നിയമാനുസൃതമായ ബാദ്ധ്യതകളും പ്രമാണങ്ങളും ഏറെറടുത്തുകൊണ്ട് സംഘത്തിൻറ കാലാവധിക്കുള്ളിൽ പൂർത്തിയാക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നടപടികൾ സ്വീകരിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

ഊവനേ ലിഫ്റ്റ്‌ ഇറിഗേഷൻ സഹകരണ സംഘം ക്ലിപ്തം നമ്പർ ഇ 14-ന്റെ പ്രവർത്തനം മേൽ താലൂക്കിലെ പാമ്പാക്കുട യൂണിറ് ഇൻസ്പെക്‌ടറെ ലിക്വിഡേറററായി നിയമിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതുമാണ് . ലിക്വിഡോറർ 10-12-1998 തീയതി ചാർജ ഏറടുക്കുകയും വിയമാനുസൃതം ക്ലെം നോട്ടീസ് പ്രസിദ്ധീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് . ലിക്വിഡോർ ചാർജ് എടുത്ത തീയതിയിൽ സംഘത്തിന്റെ ബാക്കിപത്രം തയ്യാറാക്കുകയും അതുപ്രകാരം ഈടാക്കാവുന്ന പരമാവധി മുതലുകൾ ഈടാക്കിയെടുക്കുകയും , കൊടുത്തു തീർക്കാനുണ്ടായിരുന്ന പരമാവധി ബാധ്യതകൾ കൊടുത്തുതീർക്കുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് . സംഘത്തിൽ നിന്ന സർക്കാരിലേക്ക് യാതൊരു ബാദ്ധ്യതയും ഇടാക്കുവാൻ ബാക്കി നിൽപ്പില്ലാത്തതാണ്. ലിക്വിഡേറർ പിടിച്ചെടുത്ത തുകയുടെ നിയമാനുസൃതമുള്ള വിഹിതം ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ ചാർജായും കോമൺ ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ ഫണ്ടിലേക്കും യഥാസ്ഥാന ങ്ങളിൽ അടച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് .
അനുവാദത്തിനായി ലിക്വിഡേററുടെ അപേക്ഷ പ്രകാരം കൊടുത്തു തീർക്കാൻ കഴിയാത്ത ബാധ്യതകൾ തട്ടിക്കിഴിക്കുന്നതിനും പിരിച്ചെടുക്കാൻ ഴിയാത്ത മുതലുകൾ എഴുതിതള്ളുന്നതിനും ഈ ഓഫീസിൻറ അപേക്ഷിക്കുകയും മേൽ സൂചന് ( 3 ) പ്രകാരം അനുവാദം നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളതുമാണ് .
ലിക്വിഡോാർ സംഘത്തിൻറ സമാപ്തീകരണത്തിനായി 16-2-2005 പൊതുയോഗം വിളിച്ചു ചേർക്കുകയും വിക്വിഡേറററുടെ നടപടികൾ പൊതുയോഗം അംഗീകരിക്കുകയും ചെയ് തിട്ടുണ്ട്. സമാപ തീകരണ് ബാക്കിവന്ന 5 , 174.20 രൂപ മൂവാറുപുഴ സർക്കി നടപടികൾക്കുശേഷം സംഭാവനയായി നൽകിയിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് , യൂണിയന സംഘത്തിൻറ ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ സംബന്ധിച്ച നടപടി (ക്രമങ്ങൾ എല്ലാം പൂർത്തീകരിച്ചിട്ടുള്ളതിനാൽ സംഘ രജിസ്ട്രേഷൻ റദാക്കി ഉത്തരവ് നൽകുന്നതിന സൂചന ( 2) പ്രകാരം ലിക്വിഡേറ്റർ അപേക്ഷിക്കുകയും മൂവാററുപുഴ അസിസ്ററൻറ് രജിസ്(ട്രാർ ( ജനറൽ ) ശുപാർശ ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയതിട്ടുള്ളതാണ് . ലിക്വിഡേഷൻ സംബന് ധിച്ച് ലിക്വിഡേററർ സമർപ്പിച്ച റിപ്പോർട്ടും ശുപാർശയും പരിഗണിച്ച് അസിസ്റാൻറ് രജിസ്ട്രാറുടെ താഴെ പറയും പ്രകാരം ഉത്തരവ് പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കുന്നു.
