AUCTION -CUM- TENDER NOTICE
30th October 2007,
No. D- 3904/2005.
The sealed tenders will be opened after the public auction and the highest bid amount of the auction/sealed tender willbe accepted for the sale of the Water Tender KL- 01 - A-479 in normal case. But the undersigned will have the power to cancel the auction and the sexied tender even without any particular reason .
A 1987 Model Water Tender KL- 01 -A-479 attachedto Fire and Rescue Station , Attingal willbe sold in auction on 31-1-2008 at 11 hours at the premises of Fire and Rescu: Station , Attingal by the Divisional Officer, Fire and Rescue Services , Southern Division , Thiruvananthapuram under the following conditions.
The highest bidder on whose favour the aaction is knockeddowa or sealed tender is accepted should remit 25% of the hid amount and the accepted balance amount plas admisible Sales Tax ( VAT) willbe paid within 15 days on receipt of confirmation orders.
The intending bidders should deposit Earnest Money ofRs. 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) before the commencement of the auction. The earnest money of the highest bidder will be adjusted to the bid amount and that of the others willbe refunded on the spot.
If the highest bidder fails to follow the above conditions, auction - cum- sealed teaders will be arranged again, aal 25% of tas bid unsunt and Earnest Money Deposit will be forfeited to Govern- ment Account from the highew bidler . Any ta a result of such re-auction cam sealed tender to department will also be realised from the defaulted bidder under Revenue Recovery Act in force .
Those who wish to participate in the auction sale/ submitsealed tenders can inspect the vehicle atFire and Rescue Station , Attungal during office hours on any working days with the permission of the Station Officer, Fire and Restur Station , Attingal.
Sealed tenders are also invited along with auction sale . Scaled tenders shouldbe accompanied with Demand Draft for Rs . 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) drawn in favour of Divisional Officer , Fire and Rescue Services , Southern Division , Thiruvananthapuram- payable at State Bank of Travancore, Vellayambalam Branch, Thiruvanan- thapuram and the same will be accepted upto 12 Hours on 30-1-2008. The top of the cover containing the sealed tenders should be superscribed as "Sealed tender for the purchase of Water Tender KL-01 -A-479" . Those who have submitted sealed tenders can also participate in the auction sale . But it is not compulsory to participate in the auction sale for those who have already rubmitted sealed tender.

ലത്തോടൊപ്പം മുദ്ര പതിച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകളും കാണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . മുദ്ര പതിച്ച 30-1-2008 , 12 am നേരിട്ടോ പാൻ വഴിയോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . 12 മണിക്കുശേഷം തപാലിൽ വരുന്ന ടെണ്ടറുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മുദ്ര പതിപ്പിച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ഉൾക്കൊള്ളുന്ന കവറിൻ പുറത്തെ "ഫയർ ആൻറ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ് വകുപ്പുവക വാട്ടർ ടെണ്ടർ കെ, എൽ, 01 എ 479 വാങ്ങുന്നതിനുള്ള ടെറൻഡർ " എന്ന് എഴുതിയിരിക്കണം . ണ്ടറുകൾ ആഫീസർ , ഫയർ ആൻറ്" റെസ്ക്യൂ സതേൺ ഡിവിഷൻ , ഗവൺമെൻറ് ഹൗസിംഗ ബോർഡ് ഡിവിഷണൽ സർവ്വീസസ് , പ്രസ് പി.ഒ. , ചെങ്കൽചൂള, തിരുവനന്തപുരം . ) എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ട താണ് . പരസ്യലേലത്തിനുശേഷം നേരത്തെ ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ടെണ്ടറുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതും ലേലത്തിൽ വിളിച്ച തുകയോ ടെണ്ടറിൽ ലഭിച്ച തുകയോ ഏതാണ് കൂടുതൽ എന്ന് പരിശോധിച്ചശേഷം ആ തുകയ്ക്ക് താൽക്കാലികമായി ലേലം ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ നൽകിയവർക്കും ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടു ക്കുന്നവർ ടെണ്ടർ നൽകിയിരിക്കണമെന്ന് നിർബന്ധ ലേലത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുക്കുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ വേലം തുടങ്ങുന്നതിന് മുൻപായി 1,000 (ആയിരം ) രൂപ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ടെണ്ടർ നൽകുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ നിരവ മായി 1,000 രൂപയുടെ ക്രോസ് ചെയ്യാത്ത (ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് സ്‌റേറററ് ബാങ്ക് ഓഫ് ട്രാവൻകൂർ , വെള്ളയമ്പലം ബ്രാഞ്ചിൽ മാറത്തക്കവിധം ഡിവിഷണൽ ആഫീസർ , ഫയർ ആൻറ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സർവ്വീസസ് , ദക്ഷിണമേഖല, തിരുവനന്തപുരം. എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ടെണ്ടറിനോടോപ്പം അയയ്ക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ് .
ഏറ്റവും കൂടിയ തുകയ്ക്ക് ലേലം വിളിക്കുന്ന ആളിന്റെ / ര് നൽകുന്നയാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ താൽക്കാലികമായി ഉറപ്പിക്കുന്നതും ടിയാൻ ഉടൻതന്നെ ലേലത്തുകയുടെ 25% അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതും ബാക്കി തുകയും വില്പ്പന നികുതിയും ലേലം സ്‌ഥിര പ്പെടുത്തി ഉത്തരവു ലഭിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം അടയ്ക്കേണ്ടതുമാണ് . ലേലം / ടെണ്ടർ സ്ഥിരപ്പെടു ത്തുന്ന ആളിൻറെ ഒഴികെയുള്ളവരുടെ നിരതദ്രവ്യം ലേലം കഴിഞ്ഞാലുടൻ മടക്കി കൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് .
ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ ലേലം/മർഘാസ് സ്ഥിരപ്പെടുത്തി കിട്ടുന്നയാൾ ലേല നിബന്ധനകൾ ലംഘിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ടിയാൻ അടച്ച തുക സർക്കാരിൽ മുതൽ കൂട്ടുന്നതും വാഹനം പുനർലേഖം ചെയ്യുന്നതുമായിരായിരിക്കും, പുനർലേലത്തിൽ എന്തെ ങ്കിലും നഷ്ടം സംഭവിച്ചാൽ ആയത്ആയത് മുൻലേലക്കാര നിൽ നിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതും കൂടുതലായി കിട്ടുന്ന തുകയ്ക്ക് മുൻലേലക്കാടന് അവകാശമില്ലാത്തതു മാണ് , നിരതദ്രവ്യമില്ലാത്ത ടെണ്ടറുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന തല്ല . ലേലം/ടെണ്ടർ നമാകുവാൻ ആഗ്രഹിക്കുന്നവർ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ രാവിലെ 10 മണി മുതൽ വൈകു ന്നേരം 5 മണിവരെ ആറ്റിങ്ങൽ ഫയർ ആൻറ് റെസ്ക്യൂ സ്റോഷനിലെ സ്‌റോഷൻ ആഫീസറുടെ അനുവാദത്തോടെ വാഹനം പരിശോധിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . എന്നാൽ കാരണമൊന്നും കാണിക്കാത ഭാഗികമായോ പൂർണ്ണമായോ നിർത്തിവയ്ക്കുന്നതിന് താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും . ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന" അധികാരം
