The tenders for pre - qualification and execution of the following work are inviinvited from financially sound and well experienced Registered "A" Class Contractors/Firms of Kerala Public Works Department/ Irrigation who have successfully completed at least one similar work costing more than 40 % (Forty percentage) of the estimate P.A.C. of work during the last five years . The application for tender schedule should supported by certificate of prior experience inwork as mentioned above obtained from agreement authority and tender schedule will be issued only to those who satisfy this conditions . Necessary certi- ficate in this effect shall be produced from the officers concerned not below the rank of Executive Engineer . Tenders should be submitted so as reach the undersigned on or before date and time prescribed as below by Registered Post/Speed Post . The receipt in Form T.R. 5 towards the purchase of tender schedule shouldbe enclosed along the tender documents . to

കേരള ഗവർണ്ണർക്കുവേണ്ടി പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പ് നിരത്തുകളും പാലങ്ങളും , ദക്ഷി ണമേഖല , തിരുവനന്തപുരം , സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് പരിചയസമ്പന്നരും പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ സാമ്പത്തികശേഷിയുള്ളവരും ഈ 40 % -ൽ കുറയാത്ത തുകയ്ക്കുള ഏതെങ്കിലും ഓ പണി ( റോപ്പണി ) അഞ്ചുവർഷത്തിനകം വരുമായ സമാനമായ ചെയ്തു തീർത്തിട്ടുള്ള കരാറുകാർ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എന്നിവരിൽ നിന്നും മുൻയോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനും പ്രവൃത്തി ഏറെറടുത്ത് നടത്തുന്നതിനുമുളള ദർഘാസുകൾ പ്രത്യേകം മുദ്രവച്ച കവറുകളിൽ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊളളുന്നു . ടെൻഡർ പ്രമാണം വാങ്ങുമ്പോൾ ലഭിക്കുന്ന 684
ഫാറം ടി . ആർ . 5 പ്രകാരമുള്ള രസീത് ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം ഉൾക്കൊളളിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പ്രസ്തുത പണിയുടെ 40 % -ൽ കുറയാത്തതും സമാന സ്വഭാവമുള്ളതുമായ പണികൾക്ക് എക്സിക്യൂട്ടീവ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറാം ഷെഡ്യൂളിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട താണ് .
ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഉദ്യോഗ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും താഴെ പറയുന്ന വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും അടച്ച് അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം മുൻപരിചയം സംബന്‌ധിച്ച് എഗ്രിമെൻറും അധികാരികളുടെ സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ്റുകൂടി ഹാജരാക്കിയാൽ മാത്രമേ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുകയുള്ളു . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ നിശ്ചയിക്ക പ്പെട്ട തീയതിക്കും സമയത്തിനും മുൻപായി പോസ്‌ററിലോ സ്പീഡ " പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ 4,000 രൂപയു വിൽ പോസ്‌ററിലോ ലഭിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
