Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of the following items to Chief Disease Investigation Office , Palode , Pacha P.O. , Thiruvanan thapuram.

The tender should be superscribed "Tender No. VII/2007-08- Supply of Laboratory Oven and Incubator Shaker " and should be addressed to the Chief Discase Investigation Officer , Palode, Pacha P.O. ,P.O. , ThiruvThiruvananthapuram District, Kerala, Pin-695 562. Last date for the receipt ofthe tender is on 31-12-2007 at 2 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 4 p. m . on 31-12-2007 in the presence of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time,
Intending tenderers can apply to the Chief Disease Investigation Officer, Palode, Pacha P. O. , Thiruvananthapuram District , Pin-695 562, forto the prescribed tender form on which the tenders are to be submitted. Application for the tender forms shouldbe accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 400 (Rupees Four hundred only) + VAT which is the price fixed for a set of tender form and which is not refundable. The tender forms are not transferable . Those who wish to get tender form by post may send Rs . 500 (Rupees Five hundred only) by Money Order which include cost, taxes, postal charges etc. Sale of tender form willbe closed at 11 a . m . on 31-12-2007. Cheques, Postal Stampa, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent as V. P. P. Duplicate forms if required willbe issued @Rs . 200 (Rupees two hundred only) + VAT extra per copy. Details of the tenders can be had from this office on all working days.

നിർദിഷ്ട ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് ചീഫ ഡിസീസ് ഇൻവസ്‌ററിഗേഷൻ ഓഫീസ , പാലോട് പച്ച പി.ഒ. , തിരുവനന്തപുരം, കോളം , പിൻ.695 562 ബന്‌ധപ്പെടേണ്ടതാണ് . വിലാസത്തിൽ
മാത്രമേ നിർദ്‌മിഷ രൂപത്തിലുളള ദർഘാസുകളിൽ ദർഘാസ് സമർപ്പിക്കുവാൻ പാടുള്ളു. ദർഘാസുകൾ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം 400 (നാനൂറ് മാത്രം ) രൂപയും അതിന്റെ വാറ് പ്രകാരമുള്ള നികുതിയും നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . പ്രസ്തുത തുക തിരികെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകൾ കൈമാറ്റാൻ പാടുള്ളതല്ല , ദർഘാസുകൾ തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കണമെ ന്നുള്ളവർ രൂപ 500 ( അഞ്ഞൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം) ദർഘാസ വില, വാറ്റ് നികുതി , തപാൽതപാൽ പാജ്ചാജ് എന്നീഎന്നീ ഇനങ്ങളി ലായി മണി ഓർഡർ കളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 31-12-2007 രാവിലെ 11 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിപ്പിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസുകളുടെ رعاه ചെക്കായോ പോസ്ററര ഓർഡറായോ ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡാഫ്ററായോ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . മഘാസുകളുടെ പകർപ്പ് ആവശ്യമുളളവർ രൂപ 200+ വാറ്റ് നികുതിയും അടച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് .8. ദർഘാസുകൾ ന്ധിച്ചുള്ള കൂടുതൽകൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ എല്ലാ പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും ആഫീസ് സമയത്ത് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .

Intending tenderers may send the exact amount towards the cost of tender form and postal charge by Money Order for the supply of tender forms . Cheques , Postage Stamps , Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted . Tender forms can also be obtained from the Office of the Project Co-ordinator , Animal Disease Control Project, T. C. 2/1433 , Pottakuzhy , Pattont, Thiruvananthapuram on payment of cost in cash during the office hours . Teaderer should submit a Preliminary Agreement on Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 along with the tender . In case Stamp paper of Kerala is required by any tenderer the same will be sent to them who send Rs . 30 by Money Order in advance (Rs . 50 value of Stamp Paper and Rs. 30 incidental charges ) . Late tenders will not be considered under any circumstances . Tenders should be superscribed as " Tender No. 2/2007-08 for the supply of Logistics to the Animal Husbandry Department , Animal Disease Control Project , Kerala for the year 2007-08",
