ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം തുകയുടെ 2% (രണ്ട് ശതമാനം) തുക നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി ( ഡാഫ്‌ററായി നൽകേണ്ടതാണ് . കൂടാതെ സ്‌റേറാർ പർച്ചേസ് റൂളിൽ അനുശാസിക്കുന്ന പ്രകാരമുള്ള താൽക്കാലിക കരാർ 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ സമർപ്പി фотетот" .

മെഡിക്കൽ കോളേജ" ആശുപത്രിയിൽ ബൾക്ക് ഓക്‌സിജൻ സിലിണ്ടർ 22 എണ്ണം വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ടെണ്ടറുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . ടെണ്ടറിൻറ ഉദ്ദേശമൂല്യം 3,30,000രൂപ (മൂന്ന് ലക്ഷത്തി മുപ്പത്തി മൂവായിരം 20( %) .

കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ബന്‌ധപ്പെട്ട ആശുപത്രി സൂപ്രണ്ടിൽ അധികാരികളിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്. ബർ സംബന്‌ധിച്ച് അവസാന തീരുമാനം നീക്ഷിപ്ത‌മായിരിക്കും .

Indenting tend rers may on application to the Superintendent , Institute of Maternal and Child Health, Kozhikode- 8 , Kerala , obtain the requisite tender forms in which the tender should be submitted. Application for tender forms should be accompanied by cash remittance as detailed above for a set of tender forms which will not be refunded under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferrable. Cheque Postage Stamps , Demand Drafts ete. will notbe accepted , towards the cost of tender forms . Tender forms will not be sentby VPP . Money Order will be accepted . If tende forms are to be sent by Post Rs . 50 to be paid additio- nally towardsthe postage charge . Tender should accompany EMD amount to one per cent (rounded to nearest one rupee) of the total cost of the articles tendered for. The items should carry one years warranty .
