SHORT TENDER NOTICE
No. S1/10375/2005/AVC .
5th November 2007 .
Sealed Competitive tenders are invited for the supply of following Items to the Library of Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram.
Tenders should be superscribed "Supply of barcode Printer and bar code Scanner " addressed to the Principal, Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram . The last date of the receipt of tenders will be at 3 p . m. on 22-12-2007. The late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p . m . on 22-12-2007 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal , Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvanan- thapuram obtain tender forms on which tenders shouldbe submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by cash remittance of Rs . 440 which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances . The tender forms are not transferable . Sale of tender forms willbe closed at 1 p . m . on 22-12-2007 . Cheques, Postal Order etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall send an additional amount ofRs . 50by Money Order to cover postal charges . Duplicate tender form, if required will be issued as Rs. 220 per copy .
Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1 % of the total cost quoted rate as Barnest MoneyDeposit by Demand Draft in favour of the Principal , Government Ayurveda College , Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-7-2008 . The Principal , Government Ayurveda College Thiruvananthapuram will have powers to postpone /cancel the tender .
തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയൂർവേദ കോളേജ് ലൈബ്രറിയിലേയ്ക്കാവശ്യമായ ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാൻ തയ്യാറുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു .
ദർഘാസ" ഫോറത്തിൻ്റെ വില :
അസ്സൽ 440 രൂപ , ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേററ്- 220 രൂപ .
ദർഘാസുകൾ തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ ലൈബ്രറിയിലേക്കാവശ്യമായ സാമഗ്രികൾ എന്ന തലക്കെട്ടോടുകൂടി തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ മേൽവിലാസത്തിൽ പ്രത്യേകം കവറിലാക്കി സീൽ ചെയ്ത് 22-12-2007 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണി വരെ സമർപ്പിക്കാവുന്നതാണ് . അന്നുതന്നെ ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് ശേഷം 3.30-1 ദർഘാസുകൾ നിയമാനുസരണം തുറക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും ദർഘാസ് одросво കൈമാറാം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 22-12-2007 | അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഫാറങ്ങൾ തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിൻറ വിലയേക്കാൾ 50 രൂപ കൂടുതൽ മണി ഓർഡർ ആയി അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാകുന്നു . ദർഘാസിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കുന്ന വില നിരക്കുകൾ 31-7-2008 വരെ അംഗീകരിക്കുന്നതിൽ മാറ്റം വരുത്താൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാകുന്നു .
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിനോടൊപ്പം സാധനങ്ങളുടെ മൊത്തം വിലയുടെ 1 % ( ഒരു ശതമാനം ) നിരതദ്രവ്യത്തിന് തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ എടുത്ത ഡ്രാഫ്ററും 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള സംസ്ഥ‌ാന മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഒരു എഗ്രിമെൻറും ഹാജരാക്കേണ്ട താണ് . ഏതൊരു ടെണ്ടറും കാരണം കാണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കാനോ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കുക്കാനോ ഉളള അധികാരം തിരുവനന്തപുരം ആയുർവ്വേദ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൽ നിക്ഷിപ്‌തമായിരിക്കും .

തൃപ്പൂണിത്തുറ ഗവൺമെൻറ് കോളേജിലെ വിവിധ വകുപ്പുകളിലേക്ക് വുഡൻ ഫർണിച്ചർ വിതരണം തയ്യാറുളളവരിൽ നിന്നും നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ആയുർവേദ ആവശ്യമായ ചെയ്യുവാൻ ഫോറത്തിൽ സീൽചെയ്ത ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു .
