Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of items for Tuner, Machinist , TDM and Welder trades in Government 1.T.I. , Dhanuvacha- puram under ITD .

Cost of tender forms :
Original-Rs . 400 + 12-5 %VAT .
Duplicate-Rs . 200+12.5% VAT .
Last date and time of sale of tender- 24-12-2007, 4 р . m.
Last date and time of receipt of sealed tenders- 27-12-2007 , 2 p.m.
Date and time of opening of sealed tenders- 27-12-2007, 3 p . m .
The cost of tender form will be accepted only by Cash or Money Order . The tender should be super- scribed with tender number and date are addressed to The Principal, Industrial Training Institute , Dhanuvachapuram. Late tenders will not be accepted. 1% of the total cost quoted should be enclosed as Earnest Money Deposit . Tenders in original should be accompanied with preliminary agreement in Stamp Paper of Kerala Government worth Rs . 50 (Rupces Fifty only) . Otherwise the tender will not be considered . Validity period of price quoted should be three months from the date of opening of the tenders , otherwise will be rejected. Stamp Papers will be forwarded to the firms outside Kerala, if required by remitting Rs . 75 (Rupees seventy five only) separatelyby Money Order. Tender forms are not transferable .

ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്ന തീയതി മുതൽ മൂന്നു മാസം വില നിരക്കിന് പ്രാബല്യമുണ്ടായിരിക്കണം . അല്ലാത്ത ഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല . കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്തുള്ള കമ്പനി മുദ്രപത്രം ആവശ്യമുള്ളപക്ഷം 75 രൂപ ( എഴുപത്തിയഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം ) ഈ ആഫീസിലേക്ക് തപാലിൽ തരുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണം കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ
