Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Sports Goods (Form Bed for High Jump) to the Departments of Physical Education of Maharaja's College, Ernakulam for the year 2007-08 under Plan Fund 2007-08.
The tender should be superscribed "Tender No. II/2007-08 for the supply of Sports Goods under Plan Fund 2007-08" and addressed to the Principal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam. The last date and time of receipt of tender is 24-12-2007, 2 p.m. Late tender will not be accepted. The tender will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of such of the tenderer or their authorized representative who may be present at that time.
Estimate Cost is Rs. 80,000.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Prin- cipal, Maharaja's College, Ernakulam obtain the requisite tender form (before 2 p.m. on all working days) on which tender should be submitted. Application for tender from should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 450 (Rs. 400+50 VAT) which is the price fixed for the tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. എറണാകുളം മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജിലെ കായിക വിഭാഗം വകുപ്പിലേക്ക് കായിക ഉപകരണം (ഹൈ ജംബിനുള്ള ഫോം ബെഡ്) സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.
ദർഘാസുകൾ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ II/07-08 പ്ലാൻ ഫ ്" എന്ന് ആലേഖനം ചെയ്ത മുദ്ര വച്ച കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജ്, എറണാകുളം" എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അയ യ്ക്കേ താണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ 24-12-2007 ഉച്ച കഴിഞ്ഞ് 1 മണി വരെ വിൽക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 2 മണി വരെ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 3.30 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമത ലപ്പെടുത്തിയ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. വൈകിക്കിട്ടുന്നതും മുദ്ര വയ്ക്കാത്തതുമായ ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല. മൊത്തം 80,000 രൂപയ്ക്കാണ് സാധനങ്ങൾ വാങ്ങുന്നതിനായി വക കൊള്ളിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്.
താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവർ 450 രൂപ ഓഫീസിൽ നേരിട്ട് അടച്ചോ 500 രൂപ മണി ഓർഡർ ആയോ "പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ, മഹാരാജാസ് കോളേജ്, എറണാകുളം" എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. കേരളത്തിനു പുറത്തുള്ള സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ എഗ്രിമെന്റ് ഒപ്പ് വയ്ക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിനുള്ള 50 രൂപ അധികമായി അയച്ചുതന്നാൽ ആയത് തപാൽ മാർഗ്ഗം അയച്ചുതരുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ ര ാം പകർപ്പ് നേരിട്ട് ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് 225 രൂപയും തപാലിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതിന് 275 രൂപയും അടയ്ക്കേ താണ്. വിശദവിവരങ്ങൾ കോളേജ് ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും എല്ലാ പ്രവർത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിലും അറിയാവുന്നതാണ്.

The Tender should be superscribed as Tender No. 6/2007-08 for the supply of Lab Equipments and Chemi- cals for the Department of Physics, Chemistry, Botony and Zoology and addressed to the Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery-6. Sale of Tender form commence on 12-12-2007 and closed on 22-12-2007, 2.30 p.m.. The last date for receipt of Tender is 22-12-2007 at 4 p.m. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened on 24-12-2007 at 3 p.m. in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on aplication to the Principal, Government Brennen College, Dharmadam, Thalassery-6 obtain requisite tender form on which the tender should be submitted. The cost of the tender form is Rs. 400+50 Tax (Rs. 450) (Rupees four hundred and fifty only). Application form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs. 450 at the Office or by Money Order which is the price fixed for a form and is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Postage Stamps, Postal Orders, Demand Drafts etc. will not be acccepted towards the cost of tender forms. Forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Tender forms are not transferable. Every tender should be accompanied by an Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of the total cost of the articles tendered for. This is subject to a minimum of Rs. 30 (Rupees thirty only.)
An agreement executed in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 (Rupees firfty only) is to be submitted along with the tender. Kerala Stamp Paper will be supplied to the tenderers outside the State in case they request for the same and remit by Money Order an additional amount of Rs. 70 (Rupees seventy only) (Rs. 50 for Stamp paper and Rs. 20 for incidental expenses). Duplicate tender form if any required will be issued at Rs. 225 per copy only to those who purchased the original tender form. Tender forms are not transferable.
The Principal reserves himself the right to accept or to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof.
