The Wildlife Warden, Parambikulam for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala invites sealed quotations for the supply/installation of the following items from the companies/authorised agencies in this field.

on the 3-1-2008 or 7-1-2008 at the same place and time. The quotationers should execute a preliminary agreement on stamp paper worth Rs. 50 along with the quotations. The incomplete and defective quotations will be summarily rejected.

The quotations will be accepted upto 3 p m. and the qoutations will be opened at 4 p m., on 24-12-2007 at the office of the undersigned in the presence of quotationers who choose to be present. If the tender could not be held on 24-12-2007, it will be held conveyances etc.

(2) Payment will be made by cheques after the successful completion of the work.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS F O R ITEM NO. 3

(a) Only established firms/organisations/individual with at least 8 years experience in the field of Interpretation should apply.

(b) The contractors who have executed similar type of work with the Kerala Forest Department in the last 5 years.

(d) The copy of the base of experience also should be enclosed along with full Tender Form failing to which the tender will be considered.

ക്വട്ടേഷൻ ഫോമുകൾ താഴെ ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഓഫീസറുടെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽ നിന്നും 21-12-2007 മുതൽ 24-12-2007 ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണി വരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ 3 മണി വരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും 24-12-2007, 4 മണിക്ക് ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ വച്ച് സന്നിഹിതരായിട്ടുള്ള ക്വട്ടേഷൻ ദാതാക്കളുടെ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. 24-12-2007-ന് പരിശോധന നടത്താൻ സാധിക്കാത്തപക്ഷം 3-1-2008-ന് ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾ പരിശോധിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും. 3-1-2008-ന് പരിശോധിക്കാൻ സാധിക്കാതെ വന്നാൽ 7-1-2008-ന് അതേ സ്ഥലത്തും സമയത്തും പരിശോധന നടത്തുന്നതായിരിക്കും. ക്വട്ടേഷനുകൾക്കൊപ്പം 50 രൂപ മുദ്രപത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി സമർപ്പിക്കേ താണ്.

പൂർണ്ണമല്ലാത്ത ക്വട്ടേഷനുകളും സമയത്ത് ലഭിക്കാത്തവയും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.

നിബന്ധനകൾ

1. ക്വട്ടേഷൻ തുക എല്ലാവിധ നികുതികളും ഉൾപ്പെടെയായിരിക്കണം.

2. സാധനങ്ങൾ പൂർണ്ണമായും കൈപ്പറ്റിയതിനുശേഷം മാത്രമേ ക്വട്ടേഷൻ തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ചെക്ക് നൽകുകയുള്ളു.

പ്രത്യേക നിബന്ധനകൾ ഐറ്റം നമ്പർ 3-ന് ബാധകം (എ) കഴിഞ്ഞ 8 വർഷമായി ഇതേ ജോലികളിൽ പരിചയ സമ്പന്നരായ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ മാത്രം പങ്കെടുത്താൽ മതി.

(ബി) കഴിഞ്ഞ 5 വർഷമായി കേരള വനം വകുപ്പിന്റെ ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള ജോലികൾ ചെയ്ത കരാറുകാർ മാത്രം പങ്കെടുത്താൽ മതി.
