Tender forms and other details can be had from the office of the undersigned on payment of prescribed fees either directly or by post. Filled tenders with detailed estimates should be submitted in separate sealed covers with an EMD of 1% of the total cost of articles tendered with a preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50. Payment through Cheque, D.D. are not accepted. Only cash and Money Orders are accepted for issuing tender forms, Tender No. and Name of Tender should be clearly specified in each cover while submitting tender forms and for other correspondence. Tenders received after the specified date and time will not be accepted on any account. If the date of opening of tender happens to be a holiday, the tender will be opened on the next working day itself.

പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ വിശദമായ എസ്റ്റിമേറ്റ് സഹിതം പ്രത്യേകം സീൽ ചെയ്ത കവറുകളിൽ ടെർ നമ്പരും ടെറിന്റെ പേരും വ്യക്തമാക്കി രേഖപ്പെടുത്തി സമർപ്പിക്കേതാണ്. ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്യുന്ന ആകെ വിലയുടെ 1% വരുന്ന തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഇ. എം. ഡി.
