Notifications and Orders issued by the Government

ORDERS
(1)
G. O. (Rt.) No. 3153 /2007/LBR. Thiruvananthapuram, 24th October 2007 .
Whereas, the Government are of opinion that an industrial dispute exists between The Administrator. St. Mary's Hospital , Manarcadu , Kottayam- 686 019 and the worker of the above referred establishment Smt. Solly Mathew , Padiyara. Veedu , Malom P.O. , Manarcadu, Kottayam- 686 031 in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order ;
And whereas , in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 ( 1 ) (d) of the Industrial Disputes Act of1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947) the Government hereby direct that the said industrial dispute be referred for adjudication to the Industrial Tribunal , Idukki. The Industrial Tribunal will pass the award within a period of three mouths .
ANNEXURE
1. Whether the denial of seniority to Smt . Solly Mathew as Staff Nurse by the Management of St. Mary's Hospital, Manarcadu is justifiable or not ? 2. Whether the denial of due wages as Staff Nurse by the Manage- ment of St. Mary's Hospital is justifiable or not ? 3. If not, what are the cligible benefits entitled to her ?

No. 279, Ollur , Thrissur, (2) TheThe Secretary , Ollu Service Co -operative Bank Ltd. No.No. 279, Ollur, Thrissur and the worker of the above referred establishment Smt. P. J. Annie w/o . K. C. John, Kadavi House , P. O. Ayyanthole, Thrissur in respect of matters mentioned in the annexure to this order.
And whereas, in the opinion of Government it is necessary to refer the said industrial dispute for adjudication ;

"Whether the dismissal of Smt . P. J. Annie, Senior Clerk from the service of Ollur Service Co - operative. Bank Ltd. No. 279 by the Management is justifiable ? If not what relief she is entitled to get ?
