No. WCA- 311 /2003 .

Now, therefore notice is hereby given that any other persons claiming to be the dependents of the deceased workman should prefer their claims , in writing before me within 15 ( fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette . If no such claims are received within the stipulated time limit, the entire amount of compensation will be disbursed to the dependants mentioned above. Claims , if any, preferred thereafter will not be considered .

Whereas Sri M. Nazeer , Prop . Highway fuel Service , Kazhakuttom has deposited with this Court , an amount of Rs. 2,26,380 (Rupees two lakhs twenty six thousand three hundred and eighty only) Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased workman Sri Ramesan who met with a fatal accident on 21-3-1999 arising out of and in the course of his employment under the above employer . as

And whereas an enquiry conducted through the Assistant Labour Officer, Nedumangadu it is understood that the following persons are the dependants of the deceased workman within the meaning of Section 2 (1 ) (d) of the Workmen's Compensation Act , 1923 .

ഓഫീസിൽ ശ്രീ . എം . നസീർ , പ്രൊ . ஹெவே ഫ്യൂവൽ സർവീസ് , കഴക്കൂട്ടകഴക്കൂട്ടം , തിരുവനന്തപുരം ടിയാൻ കീഴിൽ ജോലി നോക്കിവരവെ മാരകമായി അപകടം ഉണ്ടായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ , രമേശൻ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്നതിനായി 2,26,380 രൂപ ( രണ്ടു ലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്താറായിരത്തി മുന്നൂറ്റി എൺപത് രൂപ മാത്രം) കെട്ടിവച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട് . തൊഴിലാളികൾക്കുളള നഷ്ട പരിഹാര ആക്ടിലെ 2 ( 1 ) (ഡി ) വകുപ്പനുസരിച്ച് നിർവ്വചിച്ച പ്രകാരം ടിയാൻ ആശ്രിതരായി ( 1 ) പൊന്നുസ്വാമി , ററി ,, ( പിതാവ് ) ( 2 ) തങ്കം (മാതാവ്) പൊൻമുടി എസ്‌റേറാറ് , പൊൻമുടി പി.ഒ. എന്നിവർ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂവെന്ന് റിപ്പോർട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു . അപ്രകാരമുളള ആശ്രിതരാണെന്ന് അവകാശപ്പെടാവുന്ന മററാരെങ്കിലുമുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ അവർക്കുള്ള അവകാശം ഈ നോട്ടീസ് കേരള ഗസററിൽ പ്രസിദ്‌ധീകരിച്ച് 15 ദിവസത്തിനകം എൻറെ മുൻപാകെ എഴുതി സമർപ്പി ക്കേണ്ടതും ആയത് തെളിയിക്കേണ്ട തു മാണ് . നിർദ്‌ദിഷ്‌ സമയപരിധിക്കകം യാതൊരു അവകാശ [PART III

വാദവും ലഭിച്ചില്ലെങ്കിൽ നഷ്ടപരിഹാരത്തുക മുഴുവനും മേൽപ്പറഞ്ഞ വ്യക്ത‌ികൾക്ക് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് . അതിനുശേഷം സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന അവകാശവാദങ്ങൾ പരിഗണിക്കുന്നതല്ല .

KL . 13 B 4461 നമ്പർ മഹീന്ദ്ര ജീപ്പിൽ കാഷ്വൽ എംപ്ലോയി ആയി ജോലിനോക്കി വരവെ അപകടമുണ്ടായി മരണമടഞ്ഞ ശ്രീ . തോമസിൻറ ആശ്രിതർക്ക് തൊഴിലാളി നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നൽകുന്ന തിനായി 3,32,580 രൂപ (മൂന്നുലക്ഷത്തി മുപ്പത്തി രണ്ടായിരത്തി അഞ്ഞൂറ്റി എൺമ്പത് രൂപ മാത്രം ) ഈ ഓഫീസിൽ കെട്ടിവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. നടത്തിയതിൽ ടിയാൻ്റ ആശ്രിതരായി

Whereas, the M/s National Insurance Co-Ltd . Kannur has deposited with this Court an amount of Rs. 3,32,530 (Rupees Three lakh thirty two thousand five hundred eighty only ) as Workmen's Compensation payable to the dependents of the deceased Workmen Sri Thomas , Working under Mahindra Jeep KL/ 13 /B/ 4461 who met with a fatal accident on 1-7-2001 arising one of an in the course of his employment under the above employer .
