Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Petrologic Microscope for Geology Department of University College, Thiruvananthapuram for the year 2007-08.
"Tender for The envelopes containing the tenders should be superscribed as the supply of Petrologic Microscope for Geology Department plan fund 2007-08 " and addressed to the Principal , University College , Thiruvananthapuram , so as to be received in this College on or before 29-12-2007 2 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 4,30 p.m. on the same day in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Tender forms can be had from the Office of the Principal , University College , Thiruvananthapuram . The cost of tender form is Rs . 440 and duplicate tender form is Rs . 220 ( inclusive of taxes) on every working day before 2 p.m.
Duplicate tender forms will be issued to only to those who purchase the original tender forms , Those who wish to get tender forms by post may send an addi- tional amount of Rs . 50 per copy for Money Order .
Money Order for the amount more or less than specified above will not be accepted . Demand Draft , Cheques , Stamp etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms or will not be sent by V.P.P. The tender forms are not transferable.
