It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned authorities and the public that,
(1) M r. Deepak Jose, s/o N. P. Jose, Nambiyattukudy House, Chelamattom, Okkal- 683 550 has been admitted into the partnership business of manufacturing and sale of rice, rice bran and its by products, under the name and style of M/s Nambiyattukudy Agro Industries, at Building No. 969, Koovappady P. O., Ernakulam, for 10th share of profit and loss, with effect from 29th September 2007.
(2) And Mr. N. P. Antony, s/o N. V. Pappachan, Nambiyattukudy House, Okkal, party of the first part of partnership business as per agreement constituted on 19-2-1998, to carry on the business of manufacturing and sale of rice, rice bran and its by products, under the name and style of M/s Nambiyattukudy Agro Industries, at Building No. 969, Koovappady P. O., Ernakulam, for 10th share of profit and loss, has been voluntarily retired from the said partnership business with effect from 30th September 2007.
(3) And Mr. N. P. George, s/o N. V. Pappachan, Nambiyattukudy House, party of the third part of partnership business as per agreement constituted on 19-2-1998, to carry on the business of manufacturing and sale of rice, rice bran and its by products, under the name and style of M/s Nambiyattukudy Agro Industries, at Building No. 969, Koovappady P. O., Ernakulam, for 10th share of profit and loss, has been voluntarily retired from the said partnership business with effect from 30th September 2007.

(1) Mr Siby Mathew, s/o Mathew Varkey, Koikkara House, Kizhakkambalam-683 562 has been admitted into the partnership business of manufacturing and sale of rice, rice bran and its by products, under the name and style of M/s Nambiyattukudy Agro Mills, at Building No. 968, Koovappady P. O., Ernakulam, for 10th share of profit and loss, with effect from 29th September 2007.
(2) And Mr. N. P. Antony, s/o N. V. Pappachan, Nambiyattukudy House, Okkal, party of the second part of partnership business as per agreement constituted on 2-1-1998, to carry on the busines of manufacturing and sale of rice, rice bran and its by products, under the name and style of M/s Nambiyattukudy Agro Mills, at Building No. 968, Koovappady P. O., Ernakulam, for 10th share of profit and loss, has been voluntarily retired from the said partnership business with effect from 30th September 2007.
(3) And continuing partners (including new partner) shall do and assume and agrees to pay all of the outstanding debts and obligations of the partnership business and to perform all of the covenants of the leases on the premises and to perform all of the outstanding contracts and agreements required to be performed by the partnership.
