Competitive tenders in two separate sealed covers for pre- qualification and execution of the following works are invited by the Superintending Engineer , Harbour Engineering North Cirale, Kozhikode for and on behalf of the Governor of Kerala from registered 'A' Class Contractors/Pirms of State P.W.D. , Irrigation Department having previous experience in major construction works and financial capacity for the work, who had satisfactorily completed at least one major similar civil work costing than 40 % of the ostimate PAC of work during the last five years . The application for tender schedule should supported certificate of prior experience as mentioned above obtained from the Superintending Engineer/Executive Engineer ( agree- ment authority ) and tender schedule will be issued only to those who satisfy this condition . They should produce relevant certificates from the agreement authority along with the tender. more than

The pre-qualification document not received in the form of bound book shall be rejected.

in The date of opening of the tenders of the Contractors /Firms who have been pre -qualified will be intimated later . All the conditions in the Govern- ment Order (Ms. ) No. 43/99/1 . R. D. dated 9-6-1999 and other conditions for considering the tender will be applicable for this tender also . No price preference of any type shall be given to any Co-operative Societies this work. The conditions ofG. O. ( Rt . ) No. 255/2004/F & PD dated29-6-2004 will bebeapplicable to this tender also. The undersigned reserves the right to deny any application for pre - qualification and tender documents and to reject the tender submitted by the applicant without assigning any reason. muzem എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് വകുപ്പ്, ഉത്തരമേഖലാ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ ചുവടെ ചേർത്തിരിക്കുന്ന പ്രവൃത്തികൾക്ക " പരിചയ സമ്പന്നരും സാമ്പത്തികശേഷിയുള്ളവരും പണിയുടെ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 40 % ത്തിൽ കുറയാത്ത തുകയ്ക്കുള്ള ഏതെങ്കിലും സമാനമാ ഓം സിവിൽ പ്രവൃത്തി കുഴഞ്ഞ 5 വർഷത്തിനുള്ളിൽ തൃപ്‌തികരമായി പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയിട്ടുളളവരുമായ സംസ്ഥാന പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പ് , ഇറിഗേഷൻ വകുപ്പ് എന്നിവയിൽ 'എ' ക്ലാസ് രജിസ്ട്രേഷനുള്ള ദാറുകാരിൽ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും മുൻയോഗ്യതാ നിർണ്ണയത്തിനും പ്രവൃത്തിക്കുമുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ കവറുകളിൽ രജിസ്ട്രേഡ് തപാൽ അഥവാ സ്‌പീഡ് പോസ്റ് മാർഗ്ഗം ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു . കൊറിയർ സർവ്വീസ് മുഖേന ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . Tender documents ( Pre-qualification and execution ofworks) can be had from the office of the undersigned irom 1-1-2008 to 10-1-2008 during office hours on remittance of Rs . 4,000 +VAT for each work towards the cost . The details of work if any required can be had from the office ofthe undersigned during working hours . The sale of tender schedule for the work and pre-qualification will be closed at 3 p.m. on 10-1-2008. The pre-qualification tender schedule (3 copies) containing the questionnaire duly filled up by the tenderer and tender schedule for the work should be submitted in separate sealed covers . The pre-qualification documents should be in book form with serially numbered pages having an index sheet showing the contents and page numbers . Name of work should be written on sealed covers and the sealed cover should be sent byby registered post /speed post so as to reach the officeoffice of the undersigned before 4 p.m. on 21-1-2008. Tenders which are received after 4 p . m . on 21-1-2008 due to postal delay or due to any other reason will not be considered at any cost . This department will not be responsible for any such delay. If the last dateof the receipt of tenders happens to be a holiday, tenders will be accepted upto 4p.m. on the next working day. Preliminary agreagreement duly signed on stamp paper worth Rs . 50 should accompany the tender for the work and the required EMD pledged in favour of the undersigned should also be enclosed in a separate cover . Tender sub- mitted without preliminary agreement and EMD (duly pledged) will be rejected outright . The pre- quali- fication tenders alone will be opened on the same day at 4.30 p. m . by the undersigned or by his authorised representative in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may present at that time and will be submitted to the Chief Engineer for scrutiny and evaluation by the Committee consti- tuted for this purpose . Only the tenders of those who havebeen pre-qualified will be opened later and the tenders of those who have not been pre-qualified will be summarily rejected without opening the tender. The firm period of the tender will be 4 months from the date of opening of the tender.

ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുമ്പോൾ രാജ്യത്തിൻറ സുരക്ഷയും പ്രതിരോധവും കണക്കിലെടുക്കുന്നതാ കുന്നു.

The tenders willbe opened on the same day at 4.30 p. m . by the undersigned or by his authorised representative in the presence of tenderers or their representatives who may present at that time. The firm period of the tender willbe four months from the date of opening of the tender.
The tenders through Courier Service will not be accepted. The conditions of G. O. (Rt . ) No. 255/2004/F& PD dated 29-6-2004 will be applicable to this tender also . The undersigned reservesreserves the right to deny any application forfor pre-qualification and tender documents and to rejcet the tender sub- mittedby the applicant without assigning any reason. All conditions and orders prevailing in this depart- ment and PWD regarding teader are applicable to this tender also .

ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ ഹാർബർ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് വകുപ്പ് ഉത്തരമേഖലാ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയറുടെ ควางโจวไก 5-1-2008 1 10-1-2008 ന്നേരം 3 മണിവരെ ദർഘാസ് (പ്രമാണങ്ങൾ ആയതിൻറ വിലയും വില്‌പന നികുതിയും അടച്ച രേഖാമൂലം പക്ഷിച്ചാൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . പ്രവൃത്തി ക്കുളള ദർഘാസ് കവറിലാക്കി പ്രവൃത്തിയുടെ പേരും ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും കവരിൻറെ മുകളിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിഅവര ഹാർബർ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് വകുപ്പ് , ഉത്തരമേ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീ യറുടെ പേരിൽ 17-1-2008 -m വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് മുൻപായി തപാൽ അഥവാ സ്‌പീഡ് പോസ്ററ് മാർഗ്ഗം ലഭിക്കേ 17-1-2008 വൈകുന്നേരം +ame ശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ ആയത് തപാൽ തകരാറു മൂലമോ മറ്റേതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാലോ ആയാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല , ദർഘാസ് സ്വീകരിക്കുന്ന അവസാന ദിവസം ഏതെങ്കിലും കാരണവശാൽ സർക്കസർക്കാർ അവധി ആയി പ്രഖ്യാപിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ തൊട്ടടുത്ത പ്രവ ജീവസം വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ( പ്രമാണങ്ങളോടൊപ്പം 50രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ പ്രാഥമിക ഉടമ്പടി സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതും അതോടൊപ്പംതന്നെ സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയർ , ഹാർബർ എഞ്ചിനീയറിംഗ് വകുപ്പ് , ഉത്തരമേഖല , കോഴിക്കോട്-6 എന്ന പേരിൽ ആവശ്യമായനിരതദ്രവ്യം നിയമപ്രകാരം കെട്ടിവച്ചതിൻ പ അടക്കം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതുമാണ് , അപ്രകാരം ചെ BLR നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് കാഘാ സുകൾ സ്വീകരികുന്ന സം വൈകുനേരം 4.30 സൂപ്രണ്ടിംഗ് എഞ്ചിനീയാം അദദ്ദേഹം ധിക്കാര പ്പെടുത്തുന്ന മാറുദ്യോഗസ്ഥനോ ഹാജരുള്ള കരാറു കാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറന്ന് പരിശോധിക്കുന്ന മാണ് 470 പിരിയഡ് ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതു മുതൽ + മാസംവരെമാസംവരെ ആയിരിക്കും . കോള്പൊതുമരാമത്ത് വകുപ്പി ഉത്തരവുകളും സംബന്ധമായ എല്ലാ നിബന്ധനകളും പരിഗണനയ്ക്കുള്ള മാറ് അനുബന്ധ ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും. 29-6-2004-ലെ സർക്കാർ ഉത്തരവ് നമ്പർ ( ആർ , ടി . ) 255 /2006/ ". ആൻറ് പി.ഡി. ഈ ദർഘാസിനും ബാധകമായിരിക്കും . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾക്കുള്ള അപേക്ഷയോ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച് സമർപ്പിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസ് പ്രമാണങ്ങളോ യാതൊരു കാരണവും കാണിക്കാരമെന്ന ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന നിരസിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിക്ഷിപ്തമാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ പരിഗണിക്കുമ്പോൾ രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ സുരക്ഷയും പ്രതിരോധവും കണക്കി ലെടുക്കുന്നതാകുന്നു .
