SHORT TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of Equipments to the Geology Department under plan fund (2007-08) for an amount of Rs. 1,00,000 (Rupees one lakh only) to Government College, Kottayam.
The tender should be superscribed "The tender for the supply of Laboratory Equipments to the Geology Department plan fund-2007-08" and addressed to the Principal, Government College, Nattakom P. O. Kottayam-686 013. Last date for the receipt of tender is 2.30 p.m. on 4-1-2008. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be oped at 3 p.m. on 4-1-2008 in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may present at that time.

വാഴച്ചാൽ വനം ഡിവിഷനിലെ ഉപയോഗത്തിനായി താഴെപട്ടികയിൽ വിവരിക്കുന്ന ഉന്നത നിലവാരമുള്ള ഐ.എ സ്.ഐ./ഐ.എസ്.ഒ. മുദ്രയുള്ള സാധനങ്ങൾ ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ വിലയിൽ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിനുള്ള മുദ്രവച്ച മത്സരസ്വഭാവ മുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു.

8. ദർഘാസുകാരൻ സാധനങ്ങളുടെ വില, അവയുടെ നികുതികൾ എന്നിവ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുള്ള വിലയാണ് രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേത്.

10. കരാറിന്റെ കാലാവധി 30-3-2008 വരെയായിരിക്കും. കരാർ പ്രകാരമുള്ള സാധനങ്ങൾ ഈ കാലാവധിക്കകം വാഴച്ചാൽ ഡിവിഷണൽ ഫോറസ്റ്റ് ഓഫീസറുടെ നിർദ്ദേശാനുസരണം ഇറക്കി ഏല്പിക്കേതാണ്. നിശ്ചിത സമയപരിധിക്കുള്ളിൽ സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യാതെ വന്നാൽ ആയവ ദർഘാസുകാരന്റെ നഷ്ടോത്തരവാദിത്വത്തിൽ പൊതു വിപണിയിൽനിന്നും വാങ്ങുന്നതും നഷ്ടം ടിയാന്റെ പക്കൽനിന്നും ഈടാക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും.
11. സാധനങ്ങളുടെ സൈസ്, ഗുണനിലവാരം എന്നിവ പട്ടികയിൽ പറയുംപ്രകാരം അല്ലാതെ വന്നാൽ അവ നിരസിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും.
