Whereas the above petitioner applied to this court for issue of Guardianship Certificate for collection of debt from the Kerala State Insurance Department due to the deceased P. K. Nissar who was employed in the Kerala Legislation Department. It is hereby notified that objection if any to the grant of the same in favour of the petitioners shall be filed before this court on or before 2-1-2008 failing which the application will be allowed as if there is no objection.

Take notice that the above petition for the grant of succession certificate to empower the petitioners to receive a sum of Rs. 2,10,222.70 lying in the S. B. A/c maintained in the Catholic Syrian Bank, Thoppumpady Branch, by the father of the petitioners, late Shri. K. V. Chacko, alias K. V. Chakkunny who died intestate on 10th August 2007 at his residence Grace Villa, C.C. 14/1962 , Nazareth, Kochi-2 stand posted to 6-1-2008 at 11 a.m. If you wish to oppose the petition you should appear before this Hon'ble Court on that date either in person or through pleader. Otherwise the petition will be decided in your absence.
