In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act , 1952 ( Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub - rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules , 1956, the Government of Kerala heraby re-appoint Sri A. Pookunju, Advocate, Valiyachenkilathu, Avalookunnu P. O. , Alleppey - 6 as Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 12-10-2006 inin the area comprising the Revenue District of Alappuzha with Register No. 8/97/ALPA.
