(2) A period of one month's time eachfor re-checking of answer scripts will be allowed to candidates with effect from the date ofpublication of Short List and Ranked List . The candidates can avail only one chance either after the publi- cation of Short List or after the publication of Ranked List .

Application for re-checking for of answer scripts should be submitted in the prescribed form available free ofcost from the Enquiry Sections of the various offices of the Commission or downloaded and prined in A4 size paper from the Commissions ' websitewww.keralapsc . org or photocopied therefrom. The originaloriginal chalatchalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application re-checking . Such candidates in the Main List who fail to produce the required Non -Creamy Layer Certificate will not be entitled to the benefit of Community reservation and will be considered as Open Competition Candidates. Note:-( 1 ) Inclusion of Register Numbers in this list
is purely provisional subject to scrutiny and admission of applications on absolute basis. Inclusion of Register Numbers in the Short List does not confer any right on the candidate to be called for interview or for subsequent inclusion in the Ranked List .
According to the existing procedure , revaluation of answer scripts is not allowed . But answer scripts will be rechecked only after the publication of Ranked List if the prescribed fee of Rs . 50 (Rupees fifty only) is remitted in any one of the Treasuries in the State by chalan under the Head of Account 0051 PSC 105 State PSC 99 Examination Fee". Applications for re-checking should be submitted in the prescribed form available free of cost from the enquiry sections of the various offices of the Commission or downloaded and printed in A4 size paper from the Commission's website www.keralapsc.org or Photocopied there from . The original chalan receipt for the prescribed fee should be produced with the application for rechecking. Applications for re - checking received from candidates whose answer scripts have been invalidated will not be considered.
(2) The Short List is prepared based on the details furnished by the candidate in the application and subsequent claims made will notbe entertained at any stage .
Candidates whose register numbers are included or not included in the Short List and Ranked List can apply for re- checking within One month from date of the publication of the Ranked List .
Vaild applications for re -checking addressed to the District Officer , Kerala Public Service Commission , District Office , Kollam , should reach this office within 30 days from the date on which this notification is officially released by the Kerala Public Service Commission . Applications for re -checking received after the prescribed time limit or not in the prescribed form will not be entertained.
The fees once remitted will not be refunded .
(3) Candidates whose Register Numbers are included in the Short List are directed to send self attested copies of documents to provetheir claims made in the application i.e. , qualification , date of birth, commu- nity and other benefits , if any to which they are entitled, to the District Officer , Kerala Public Service Commission , District Office , Corporation Building, Andamukkom , Kollam- 1 within 15 days from the date of publication of this Notification . The Register Numbers of those candidates who do not produce the required documents within the prescribed time limit and whose applications are found otherwise defective will be deleted from the Short List without further notice .
In the case of candidates who send applications for re-checking in the prescribed form within the prescribed time limit enclosing original chalan receipts as stated above, the marks awarded will be re- checked and the result of the re -checking willbe intimated to the candidates from this office .
The candidates who have secured 64 (Sixty four) marks and above are included in the Main List of the Short List. The requisite marks have been lowered to the extent necessary in respect of the Supplementary Lists .

The following list contains the names of candidates found suitable by the Commission for selection to the post of Lower Division Typist (SR for SC /ST only) on Rs 3050-5230 (P.R) in NGC Department in Kozhikode District . on the basis of the result of the Written Test held on 2-12-2006, arranged in the order of merit . The Ranked List is brought into force with effect from 5-10-2007 . The Ranked List willbe in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new Ranked List after the expiry of a minimum period of One years or till the expiry of three years whichever is carlier . Candidates from the listwill be advised for appointment in accordance with the rules and orders regarding reservation and rotation as amended from time to time, if applicable, against vacancies reported to the Commission during the pendency of the list . As the advice for appointment depends on the occurrence of vacancies , there is no guarantee that all candidates included in the list will secure appointment . The candidates remaining in the list at the time of cancellation will have no claim at all for appointments on the basis of the inclusion of their names in the list .
