Competitive tenders in sealed cover super- scribing the name ofworks are invited under two cover system for and on behalf of the Governor of Keralaby the undersigned from 'A' Class or equivalent registered contractor (individual/ firm) of the Kerala, Tamil Nadu , Karnataka, Andhrapradesh, Goa States and Pondichery, Daman and Due, Union Territories uptoupto 4 p.m. on 29-1-2008. Technical bids shallbe openedby the Superintending Engineer or by an authorised officer on the same day at 4.30 p.m. in the presence of tenderers present. Tenders will be received by post only . Tenders sent by Courier Service will not be accepted.
The Technical bids will be examined and decided by the ChiefEngineers Tender Committee and list of qualifiedbidders willbe approved . Financial bids of pre-qualifiedbidders shall be opened under due pre- quanted intimation to the qualified bidders .
covers The Technical Bid and Financial Bid shall be enclosed in separate superscribing "Technical Bid and Financial Bid" as the case may be and both covers along with cover containing the EMD and Preliminary agreement shall be enclosed in a single sealed envelope superscribing the name of work .

on Tender documents can be had from the office of the undersigned from 16-1-2008 to 1 p.m. 22-1-2008 on payment of cost of tender documents by Moncy Order or in cash along with a request in writing. A pre bid meeting will be held on 24-1-2008 at11 a.m. at this office.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
1. This work is to be completed within time schedule furnished above.
2. The prospective tenderers ( individual or firm) have to mobilize the required Machinery for the work by themselves .
3. The prospective tenderer should have completed at least one work of similar nature costing atleast 60% of the PAC of the work tendered during the last five years .
3(a) Details of Special Machineries required are as follows:
(1) Vibratory Roller-8-10 T
(2) H. M. Plant- 100-120 TPH
(3) Paver Finisher hydrostatic with sensor attachment 75 cum .
(4) Smooth wheeled / tandom roller-8-10 T 4. No tender on joint venure arrangement is acceptable.
5. The tenderers shall enclose a programme chart of the work along with the tender.
6. The original receipt of schedule shallbe attached along with the tender.

കരാറുകാരുടെ മുൻകൂർ യോഗ്യത ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട ചീഫ് എഞ്ചിനീയർമാരുടെ കമ്മിറ്റി പരിശോധിച്ച് യോഗ്യത നിർണ്ണയിക്കുന്നതും യോഗ്യരായ കരാറു കാരുടെ ദർഘാസുകൾ ( ഫിനാൻഷ്യൽ ബിഡ് ) മാത്രം മുൻകൂട്ടി അറിയിച്ച തീയതിയിലും സമയത്തും ഹാജരായിട്ടുളള കരാറുകാരുടെ സാന്നിദ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് .

2. นุตตโ കാരന് ( വ്യക്‌തി /സ്ഥാപനം ) (പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് ആവശ്യ യന്ത്രസാമഗ്രികൾ സ്വയം ലഭ്യമാക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . 3. പ്രവൃത്തിക്ക് ദെണ്ടർ ചെയ്യുവാൻ ഉദ്‌ദേശിക്കുന്ന കരാറുകാർ ( വ്യക്‌തി / സ്ഥാപനം ) കഴിഞ്ഞ അഞ്ചു വർഷത്തിനുളളിൽ അടങ്കൽ തുകയുടെ 60 ശതമാനം തുകയ്ക്ക് മേൽ വിവരിച്ച പണികൾക്ക് സമാനമായ ഒരു പ്രവൃത്തിയെങ്കിലും പൂർത്തിയാക്കിയിട്ടുള വരായിരിക്കണം .
