Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of i % of the total cost quoted as Earnest Money Deposit in favour of the Principal , K. M. M. Govt. Women's College , Kannur together with an agree ment in Kerala Govt . Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 towards the rate quoted remains firm till 31-3-2008.
The undersigned reserves the right to reject or accept any tender without assigning any reason.
More details if any can be had from the office on working days .
Sealed tenders are invited for the supply of PowerGenerator and Accessories ( 1 No. ) , Computer (1 No.) , UPS ( 1 No. ) and Dot Matrix Printer 1No.) for the vear 2007-08 for an estimated cost of Rs . 95.000 (Rupees Ninety five thousand only) under UGC assistance XI Plan. The specifi- cation of the articles will be supplied along with the tender forms.
The tender should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of equipments under UGC assistance XI Plan for the year 2007-08 K. M. M. Govt. Women's College, Kannur-4 " and addressed to the Principal , K. M. M. Govt . Women's College, Kannur , P. O. Pallilkumnu , Pin-670 004.

കണ്ണൂർ കെ. എം . എം . ഗവൺമെൻറ് വനിതാ കോളേജിലക്ക് യു.ജി.സി , യുടെ പതിനൊന്നാം പദ്ധതി ധനസഹായ പ്രകാരം 2007-08 വർഷത്തേക്ക് ജനമോറും അനുബന്‌ധ ഉപകരണങ്ങളും , കംപ്യൂട്ടർ , യു.പി.എസ് . , ഡോട്ട്‌മെട്രിക്‌സ് പ്രിൻറർ എന്നിവ സപ്ലൈ ചെയ്യുവാൻ താൽപ്പര്യമുള്ളവരിൽ നിന്നും ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു. ദർഘാസ് സംഖ്യ 95,000 ( തൊണ്ണൂററ്റി അയ്യായിരം രൂപ മാത്രം ) രൂപയാണ് .

ദർഘാസുകളുടെ കവറിനുമുകളിൽ "എം .കെ . എം. ഗവൺമെൻറ് വനിതാ കോളേജിലേക്ക്* 2007-08 വർഷത്തിൽ യു ജി സി . ധനസഹായപ്രകാരം ക‌സ് പ്രിൻറർ എന്നിവ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് " എന്ന മേലെഴുത്തോടുകൂടി പ്രിൻസിപ്പാൾ , കെ.എം.എം. ഗവൺമെന്റ് വനിതാ കോളേജ " , പി.ഒ. പള്ളിക്കുന്ന 0-4 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ലഭിക്കത്തക്കവിധം Date and time for opening of tender form- 15-1-2008, 3 р . m.
The tender will be opened in the presence of such tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time . The tender forms are not transferable .
The tender form if required by post will be sent on payment of Rs . 487 ( Cost of tender form Rs. 400, S. T. Rs. 50 and Postage charge Rs. 37) byMoney Order to the Principal , K. M. M. Govt. Women's, College, Kannur , P.O. Pallikunnu , Pin-670 004. Cheques or Demand Drafts are not acceptable . The rate quoted should be inclusive ofall taxes.
രൂപയും ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിന്റെ വില 450 (നികുതിയടക്കം ) 225 രൂപയും ( നികുതിയടക്കം ) ആകുന്നു . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില തിരിച്ചു കൊടുക്കപ്പെടുന്നതല്ല . വർഘംസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 15-1-2008 -ന ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 15-1-2008 - ന് 2 മണിവരെ ഓഫീസിൽ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവരുടെ പ്രതിനിധികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്‌ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ 0062000 . ചെയ്യാൻ പാടുളളതല്ല .
ദർഘാസുകൾ തപാൽ മുഖാന്തിരം ആവശ്യമുളളവർ ആയതിന് 487 ( തപാൽ ചെലവടക്കം ) (പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന്റെ പേരിൽ മണിയോർഡർ അയയ്ക്കേ ബതാണ് , ചെക്കുകൾ ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസുകളിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ തുക എല്ലാ നികുതികളുമുൾപ്പടെ ആയിരിക്കണം .
പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകളോടൊപ്പം 1 % നിരക്കിൽ നിരതദ്രവ്യമായി കണ്ണൂർ കെ. എം . എം : ഗവൺമെൻറ് വനിതാ കോളേജ് പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിൻറ ใ എടുത്ത ഡിമാൻറ് (ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് കേരള സർക്കാരിൻറ 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയ എഗ്രിമെന്റിനോടൊപ്പം അയക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ഏതൊ രാളുടെയും ദർഘാസ് കാരണം കൂടാതെ നിരസിക്കു വാനുള്ള അവകാശം പ്രിൻസിപ്പാളിന് ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കും . കൂടുതൽ വിവരങ്ങൾ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും പ്രവൃത്തി ദിവസങ്ങളിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്.
