Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of the items Specified in the schedule to the Department of Drug Standardisation Unit, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram Tenders should be superscribed "Supply of Government Ayurveda to the College, Chemical and Glasswares " addressed Principal, Thiruvananthapuram . The last date of receipt of tenders will be at 3 p . m . on 15-1-2003 . The late tenders will notbe accepted . The tenders will be opened at 3.30 p.m. on 15-1-2008 in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who maybe presentat thuat time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Principal, Goverament Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram obtain tender forms on which tenders should be submitted , Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance ofRs. 450 which is the price fixed for a form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Tender forms are not transferable. Sale of the tender forms willbe closed at 1 p.m. on 15-1-2008. Cheques , Postal Orders etc, will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms . Those who wish to purchase tender forms by post shall sent an additional amount Rs . 50 byMoney Order to cover postal charges . Duplicate tender form, if required will be issued at Rs. 225 per copy.
Intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 1% of the total cost quoted rate as Earnest Moncy Depositby Demand Draft in favour of the Principal, Government Ayurveda College, Thiruvananthapuram together with an agreement in Kerala Stamp Paperworth Rs . 50. The rate quoted shall remain firm for acceptance till 31-7-2008 .
