forms are Sealed and competitive tenders in the prescribed invited from the manufacturers or authorized distributors for the purchase of Automated Blood Cell Counter to the Sickle Cell Disease Project at Medical College , Calicut . The envelop containing the tenders should be superscribed as " Tender No. CA/51 /07 /MCC for the supply of Automated BloodCell Counter Due on 22-1-2008 and should be addressed to the Principal , Medical College, Calicut - 673 008. Be lated tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened on 22-1-2008 at 11.30 a.m. in the presence of such tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time . Intending tenderers can obtained tender forms directly or by on Registered Post on payment by Money Order from the Principal , Medical College , Calicut. Each tenderser should send along with the tender an agreement signed and executed in Kerala Government Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 and EMD @1% of the total cost of the items tendered for.
