Sealed and competitive tenders are invited for the supply and installation of intercom unit (Digital EPABX System) in Chemical Examiners ' Laboratory , Thiruvananthapuram.
The estimated amount is Rs .-70,000
The tenders should be superscribed " S.2329/05/ CE for the installation of Intercom unit (Digital EPABX System) " addressed to the Chief Chemical Examiner to Government, Chemical Examiner's Laboratory, Thiruvananthapuram - 35 , Kerala . The last date for receipt of completed tenders are 28-1-2008 at 4 p. m. Late tenders will not be accepted . The tenders will be opened at 30-1-2008 at 3 p . m . in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time .
Intending tenderers may on application to the undersigned obtain the requisite tender forms with details of items on which tenders are to be submitted . Application for the tender forms should be accompanied by a cash remittance of Rs . 450 (inclusive of S.T. ) which is the rate fixed for the original tender form and is not refundable under any circumstances . The sale of tender forms will be closed at 21-1-2008 , 4 p . m . Cheques, Postal Orders , Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms . The tender forms will not be sent by V.P.P. Duplicate tender form if required will be issued at Rs . 225 per copy .

ദർഘാസുകൾ নো ৩৫০ فلة കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ എസ് . 2329 / 05 /സി.ഇ. ഇൻറർകോം യൂണിററ് സ്ഥാപിക്കുന്നതിലേക്ക് ' എന്ന് പ്രത്യേകം എഴുതി ഗവൺമെൻറ് ചീഫ് കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനർ , എക്സാമിനേഴ്സ് കെമിക്കൽ ലബോറട്ടറി , തിരുവനന്തപുരം 35 , കേരളം വിലാസത്തിൽ അയയ്ക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ 2008 ജനുവരി 28-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതും 2008
ജനുവരി 30-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 3 മണിക്ക് തുറക്കുന്നതുമായിരിക്കും . താമസിച്ചുകിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാ സുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ നികുതിയടക്കം വിലയായ 450 ( നാനൂറ്റി അൻപത്" ) രൂപ മാത്രം നേരിട്ടോ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖേനയോ അടച്ച് തിരുവനന്തപുര 22 கேள ഗവൺമെന്റ് ചീഫ് കെമിക്കൽ എക്സാമിനറുടെ ഓഫീസിൽനിന്നും വാങ്ങാവുന്ന താണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫോറത്തിൻറെ വില ചെക്ക്, ഡ്രാഫ്ററ് . പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ എന്നിവയായി സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . ദർഘാസ' ഫോറങ്ങളുടെ വിൽപ്പന 2008 ജനുവരി 21-ാം തീയതി വൈകുന്നേരം 4 മണിക്ക് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതായിരിക്കും . ഡ്യൂപ്ലിക്കേറ് ഫോറം ആവശ്യമുള്ളവർക്ക് ഫോറം ഒന്നിന് 225 രൂപ (ഇരുന്നൂറ്റി ഇരുപത്തിയഞ്ച് രൂപ മാത്രം ) ( കുമത്തിൽ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ விவ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മടക്കി നൽകുന്നതല്ല .
