Sealed tenders superscribed as tender No. 50/2007-08 for the supply of Rubber Blanket required inin the Printing Department for the year 2007-08 on Running Contract basis is invited by the undersigned . The tenders along with samples should reach this Office on orbefore 22-1-2008 at 1 p . m . and the same will be
a cash opened at 4 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time. Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on cash payment of Rs . 400+ VAT as admissible for original form and Rs . 200+ VAT as admissible for duplicate . Cheques, Demand Drafts , Postage Stamps , Postalal Orders etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V.P.P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by Registered post subject to payment by Μ . Ο . inclusive of postal charges of Rs . 32 . tender forms are transferable . Salenot tender forms willbe closed at 1 p . m . on 14-1-2008 . An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs . 50 should be alongwith the tenders . Money Orders will be entertained only upto 7-1-2008 and the purpose of sending money order should be specified in M. O. coupon clearly . സർക്കാർ അച്ചുക്കൂടങ്ങളിലെ ആവശ്യത്തിന് രണ്ടിംഗ് കോൺ ട്രാക്ററിലോ മൊത്തമായ അടിസ്ഥാ നത്തിലോ 2007-08 സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷത്തെ ആവശ്യ ത്തിന് റബ്ബർ ബ്ലാങ്കാറ് വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്കുന്നതും ദർഘാസുകൾ 22-1-2008 , 1 ക്ഷണിച്ചുകൊളളുന്നു . മണിവരെ സ്വീകരി അന്നേ ദിവസം 4. മണിക്ക് ദർഘാ സു വിതരണം കാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ മാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ് . ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനുമുകളിൽ ഒര്ഘാസ നമ്പർ 50/2007-088 റബ്ബർ ബ്ലാങ്കറ് സംബന്ധിച്ച്' ' എന്ന് ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം . താമസിച്ച് കിട്ടുനകിട്ടുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊയാതൊരു കാരണ വശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല .
ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫാറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ 400 രൂപ + (നികുതികൾ പുറമെ ) മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി നിയമാനുസൃതമായ നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂപ്പി ക്കേറ്റ് 200 രൂപ + മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി നിയമാ നുസൃതമായ നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവൺമെൻറ് സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്‌സിൽ വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ് . വിലയായി ചെക്ക് ദർഘാസ് നിന്നും ഡിമാൻറ് നേരിട്ട് ഫാറത്തിൻ്റ (ഡാഫ്ററ് , പോസ്ററൽ ഓർഡർ , തപാൽ സ്ററാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ 800000 വി . പി . പി . ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല . എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റേജ് ചെലവിനുളള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം രജിസ്റോർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ് . ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ കൈമാററം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലം ത്തതാണ് . 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്ര പ്രത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട താണ് . അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും മണിയോർഡർ 7-1-2008 മണിയോർഡർ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല . വരെ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുളളു. കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകതയുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യക്തമായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
