The tenders should be superscribed with Tender Number and name of the item in sealed cover addressed to the Production Manager, Feed Compounding Factory, Central Hatchery, Chengannur, Kerala State-689 122 and should reach this office on or before the time and date specified. Details of the items to be supplied can be had from the tender form. Intending tenderers should sent only exact amount required by money order for the supply of tender forms. Cheque, Postage stamps, Postal orders, Demand draft etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor the forms be sent by VPP. Tender forms can also be had from the office of the Production Manager, feed Compounding Factory, Central Hatchery, Chengannur, Kerala during office hours on payment of cost in cash. For the execution of preliminary Agreement, Kerala stamp paper, if required will be supplied to the firms outside Kerala along with tender forms on payment of Rs. 75 (Rupees 50 being the value of stamp paper and Rs. 25 incidental charges) which may be remitted by Money Order/Cash each along with the cost of tender form. An EMD of 1% of the total cost quoted has to be submitted with the tender by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of the Production Manager payable at State Bank of Travancore, Chengannur Branch.

പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ദർഘാസുകളോടൊപ്പം 50 രൂപയുടെ കേരള ഗവൺമെന്റ ് മുദ്രക്കടലാസിൽ ഒപ്പിട്ട ഉടമ്പടിയും സാധനങ്ങ ളുടെ മൊത്തവിലയുടെ ഒരു ശതമാനം നിരതദ്രവ്യവും സമർപ്പിക്കാത്തവരുടെ ദർഘാസുകൾ സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറങ്ങൾ അപേക്ഷ നൽകിയാൽ സ്കൂൾ ഓഫീസിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ്. അപേക്ഷയിൽ സമർപ്പിക്കാനുദ്ദേശിക്കുന്ന ഇനത്തിന്റെ പേര്, ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ, മേൽവിലാസം എന്നിവ രേഖപ്പെടുത്തിയിരിക്കണം.
