TENDER NOTICE
No. 53/2007-08. 11th December 2007.
Sealed tenders superscribed as Tender No. 53/2007-08 for the Re-rubberisation of rollers in Govt. Press, Mannanthala is invited by the undersigned. The tenders alongwith samples should reach this office on or before 24-1-2008 at 1 p.m. and the same will be opened at 3 p.m. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Tenders shall be submitted in the prescribed form which can be had from the office of the undersigned on Cash payment of Rs. 150+VAT as admissible for original form and Rs. 100 + VAT as admissible for duplicate. Cheque, Demand Drafts, Postage Stamps, Postal orders etc., will not be accepted towards the cost of forms nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. However the tender forms will be supplied to the firms by registered post subject to a cash payment by M.O. inclusive of postal charges of Rs.
32. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed at 1 p.m. on 24-1-2008. An agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 should be executed along with the tenders. Money Orders will be entertained only upto 17-12-2007 and the purpose of sending Money Order should be specified in M.O. coupon clearly. Late tenders, tenders not accompanied by Earnest Money Deposit @ 1% of total cost and preliminary agreement in Kerala Stamp Paper worth Rs. 50 will not be accepted on any account.
മണ്ണന്തല ഗവൺമെന്റ ് പ്രസ്സിലെ റോളറുകൾ റീ-റ∫റൈസ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മുദ്രവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണി ച്ചുകൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ 24-1-2008, 1 മണിവരെ സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതും അന്നേ ദിവസം 3 മണിക്ക് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തിയ ഏജന്റുമാരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യ ത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതുമാണ്. ദർഘാസ് അയയ്ക്കുന്ന കവറിനു മുകളിൽ "ദർഘാസ് നമ്പർ 53/2007-08 വിതരണം സംബ ന്ധിച്ച് " എന്ന ഉപലേഖനം ചെയ്തിരിക്കണം. താമസിച്ചുകി ട്ട ു ന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല.
ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട ഫാറത്തിൽ സാമ്പിൾ സഹിതം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ ഒർജിനൽ രൂപ 150+മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി നിരക്കിലും ഡ്യൂπിക്കേറ്റ് രൂപ 100 + മൂല്യവർദ്ധിത നികുതി നിരക്കിലും തിരുവനന്തപുരം ഗവ. സെൻട്രൽ പ്രസ്സിൽ നിന്നും നേരിട്ട് വാങ്ങാവുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, ഡിമാന്റ ് ഡ്രാഫ്റ്റ്, പോസ്റ്റൽ ഓർഡർ, തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പ് എന്നിവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫാറം വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല.
എന്നാൽ മണിയോർഡർ മുഖാന്തിരം പോസ്റ്റേജ് ചെലവിനുള്ള 32 രൂപ സഹിതം അയയ്ക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം രജിസ്റ്റേർഡ് തപാലിൽ അയച്ചുകൊടുക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറങ്ങൾ കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യുവാൻ പാടില്ലാത്തതാണ്. 50 രൂപ വിലയുള്ള കേരള സർക്കാർ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെന്റും മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 1% നിരതദ്രവ്യവും ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്. അല്ലാത്തവ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതല്ല. മണിയോർഡർ 17-12-2007 വരെ മാത്രമേ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയുള്ളൂ. മണിയോർഡർ കൂപ്പണിൽ ആവശ്യകത യുടെ വിവരങ്ങൾ വ്യ‡മായി സൂചിപ്പിക്കേ≠താണ്.
