In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3 and 5 of the Notaries Act , 1952 (Central Act 53 of 1952) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 8 of the Notaries Rules , 1956 , the Government of Kerala hereby re- appoint Sri J. Hari Kumar Meenaattoor , Advocate , 'Omkaaram' , V. P. X/ 1147 , K. R. W. A. -A/ 20A, Temple Road, Kadayilmudumbu , Kodunganoor P.O. , Thiruvananthapuram - 695 013 as a Notary for a further period of five years with effect from 22-10-2007 in the area comprising Thiruvanantha- puram Taluk in the Revenue District of Thiruvananthapuram with Register No. 41 /97/TVPM.
