Validity period 3 months from the date of opening the tenders , otherwise willbe rejected . Tenders in original should be accompanied with preliminary agreement in Kerala stamp paper worth Rs . 50 (Rupees fifty only) . Otherwise the tender will not be considered. Stamp paper will be forwarded to the firms outside Kerala , if required by remitting Rs. 75 (Rupees seventy -five only ) separately by Money Order. (Rs . 25 is intended to cover , postage and incidental expenses) . Tender forms are not transferable .
