TENDER NOTICE
മൃഗശാലാ സൂപ്രണ്ടിൻ്റെ ഓഫീസിൽ ലഭിച്ചിരിക്കേ ണ്ടതാണ് . നിശ്ചിത സമയപരിധിക്കുശേഷം ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും സ്വീകരി ക്കുന്നതല്ല .

Sealed competitive tenders are invited for the supply of the Dietary Articles to the State Museum and Zoo , Thrissur for the period from 1-4-2008 to 31-3-2009 .
വർഷം ദർഘാസുകൾ 2008-09 സാധനങ്ങൾ നൽകുന്നതിനുള്ള ദർഘാസുകൾ " എന്ന മേലെഴുത്തോടുകൂടിയതും നിശ്ചിത ഫോറത്തിലും മുദ്രവച്ചതും ആയിരിക്കണം . ദർഘാസിനോടൊപ്പം താഴെ വിവരിക്കുന്ന രേഖകളും സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ് .
1. നിരക്ക് കാണിക്കുന്ന സാധനങ്ങളുടെ തുകയുടെ 1 % നിരതദ്രവ്യം .
2. നിരക്ക കാണിക്കുന്ന മൊത്തം തുകയുടെ 20 കുറയാതെയുളള സർട്ടിഫിക്കറ് . സാധനങ്ങളുടെ ശതമാനത്തിൽ സോൾവൻസി
3. 50 രൂപയുടെ മുദ്രപ്പത്രത്തിൽ എഗ്രിമെൻറ് , The tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for the supply of Dietary Articles to Thrissur Zoo for the period 2008-09 " and addressed to the Superintendent , State Museum and Zoo , Thrissur and should be in the prescribed tender forms . The last date for receipt of the tender will be 12-2-2008 till 1 p . m . Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at 3 p . m. on 12-2-2008 at the Office of the Superintendent , State Museum and Zoo, Thrissur in the presence of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who choose to be present at that time . The tenders should be submitted with the following documents .
4. മൃഗങ്ങൾക്ക് ഇറച്ചി വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്ന തിന് തദ്ദേശസ്വയംഭരണ സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും ലഭിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള നിയമാനുസൃതമായ ലൈസൻസ് ( ഇാച്ചിയുടെ നിരക്ക് ക്വാട്ട ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് മാത്രം ) .
1. Earnest Money Deposit @ 1 % of the total cost of items quoted by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director , Museums and Zoos , Thiruvananthapuram .
2. Solvency Certificate for 20% of the total quoted amount.
നിരതദ്രവ്യം ഡിമാൻറ് ഡ്രാഫ്ററായി വേണം സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത് , ദർഘാസുകൾ 12-2-2008 - ന് പകൽ 3 മണിക്ക ഹാജരാകുന്ന ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ ணவர் രേഖാമൂലം ചുമതലപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവരുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്
3. Valid licence obtained from the local bodies for the sale of beef/ mutton/meat (for the supply of beef/mutton/ meat only) .
4. Agreement in the prescribed format in stamp paper worth Rs. 50.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Director ofMuseums and Zoos , obtain the requisite form containing dietary items on which tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance ofRs. 1,000 plus S. T. which is the price fixed for the form and which is not refundable under any circumstances .
Sale of tender forms will closed at I p . m . on 11-2-2008 . Cheques , Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of the form nor the forms be sent as V. P. P. Duplicate tender form if required will be issued for Rs . 500 plus S. T. per copy.
നിലവിലുളള സ്‌റേദാർ ദർഘാസുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിനുള്ള നിശ്ചിത ഫോറം ( സാധനങ്ങളുടെ പട്ടിക ഉൾപ്പെടെ ) തൃശ്ശൂർ കാഴ്ചബംഗ്ലാവ് മൃഗശാലാ സൂപ്രണ്ടിൻ്റെ കാര്യാല ത്തിൽ നിന്നും 1-2-2008 മുതൽ 11-2-2008-ാം തീയതി ഉച്ചയ്ക്ക് 1 മണിവരെ ലഭിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറത്തിൽ പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്ന വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്കു പുറമെ പർച്ചേസ് നിയമങ്ങൾക്കും വിധേയമായിട്ടായിരിക്കണം സാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം അസ്‌സലിന് 1,000 രൂപയും (ആയിരം രൂപ മാത്രം) വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയും പകർപ്പിന് 500 രൂപയ (അഞ്ഞൂറ് രൂപ മാത്രം ) വിൽപ്പന നികുതിയുമാണ് . ടെണ്ടർ ഫോറം കൈമാറാം ചെയ്യാൻ പാദുള്ളതല്ല . മതിയായ നിരതദ്രവ്യവും മുകളിൽ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം സമർപ്പിച്ചിട്ടി ല്ലാത്തവരുടെ ടെണ്ടറുകൾ, ക്വാട്ട് ചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്ന നിരക്കുകൾ കുറവാണെങ്കിൽപ്പോലും പരിഗണിക്കാതെ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ് . ടെണ്ടറിനോടൊപ്പം കെട്ടുപോകാത്ത ഇനങ്ങളിൽപ്പെട്ട സമർപ്പിക്കേണ്ട നമാണ് . മറാ രേഖകളും സാധനങ്ങളുടെ സാമ്പിളും Tenders which lack the required documents such as sufficient EMD, solvency etc. will be summarily rejected even if the rates quoted are the lowest. Samples of non - perishable items should be submitted along with the tender .
The undersigned reserves the right to reject or postpone the tender . Futher details can be had from the office of the Director of Museums and Zoos , Thiruvananthapuram during office hours .
ഒപ്പിട്ടിരിക്കുന്ന അധികാരിക്ക് കാരണം വിശദമാക്കാതെ ഈ ബർ മാറ്റിവയ്ക്കാനും റദ്ദ് ചെയ്യാനും അധികാരം ഉണ്ടായിരിക്കുന്നതാണ് . കൂടുതൽ തൃശ്ശൂർ കാഴ്‌ചബ്ലംഗ്ലാവ്- മൃഗശാലാ വിവരങ്ങൾ സൂപ്രണ്ടിൻറെ കാര്യാലയത്തിൽനിന്നും സമയങ്ങളിൽ അറിയാവുന്നതാണ് .
(Sd.) കാഴ്ചബംഗ്ലാവ് മൃഗശാലാ വിഭാഗത്തിൽ 2008-09 വർഷത്തേക്ക് ( 2008 ഏപ്രിൽ 1 മുതൽ 2009 മാർച്ച് 31 വരെ ) തൃശ്ശൂർ മൃഗശാലയിലേക്ക് ഭക്ഷണസാധനങ്ങൾ വിതരണം ചെയ്യുന്നതിന് താൽപര്യമുള്ള കരാറുകാരിൽ നിന്നും സീലുവച്ച ദർഘാസുകൾ ക്ഷണിച്ചു കൊള്ളുന്നു. ദർഘാസുകൾ 12-2-2008 -ന് 1 മണിക്ക് മുമ്പായി തൃശ്ശൂർ കാഴ്ചബംഗ്ലാവ 3 Museums and Zoos, Thiruvananthapuram .
