The envelope containing the tenders should bear the superscription "Tender No......................2008-09 for loading, unloading/transporting contract for 2008-09" and addressed to the Controller of Stationery, P. M.G., Thiruvananthapuram- 695 033. Late tenders will not be accepted. The tenders will be opened at the due date and time noted above in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorised representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers may on application to the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram-33 obtain the requisite tender forms on which tenders should be submitted. Application for tender form should be accompanied by the price fixed for the form in cash or money order and which is not refundable under any circumstances. The tender forms are not transferable. Sale of tender forms will be closed 24 hours before the time fixed for opening of tenders. Closed Cheque, Postage Stamps etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of forms, nor will be forms send by V. P. P. Duplicate tender forms, if required will be issued at the price fixed for.

ദർഘാസ് കവറിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ദർഘാസ് നമ്പരും ഏത് കരാറിനായി എന്ന വിവരവും രേഖപ്പെടുത്തേ≠താണ്. സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർ, തിരുവനന്തപുരം-695 033 എന്ന വിലാസത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ അയയ്ക്കേ≠താണ്. താമസിച്ച് ലഭിക്കുന്ന ദർഘാസുകൾ നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസുകൾ നിർദ്ദിഷ്ട തീയതിയിൽ നി›യിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള സമയത്ത് ദർഘാസുകാരുടെയോ അവർ അധികാരപ്പെടുത്തിയ വൃ‡ികളുടെയോ സാന്നിദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ ദർഘാസുകൾ തുറക്കുന്നതാണ്.
ദർഘാസ് ഫോറം വേ≠വർ ഫാറത്തിന് നി›ിയിച്ചിട്ടുള്ള വില സഹിതം (പണമായോ മണിയോർഡറായോ) തിരുവനന്തപുരം സ്റ്റേഷനറി കൺട്രോളർക്ക് അപേക്ഷ നൽകേ≠താണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറം യാതൊരു കാരണവശാലും കൈമാറ്റം ചെയ്യാൻ പാടി ല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വിലയായി ചെക്ക്, തപാൽ സ്റ്റാമ്പുകൾ തുടങ്ങിയവ സ്വീകരിക്കുകയോ ഫാറം വി. പി. പി. ആയി അയയ്ക്കുകയോ ചെയ്യുന്നതല്ല. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ വിൽപ്പന ദർഘാസ് തുറക്കുന്നതിന് ഇരുപത്തിനാല് മണിക്കൂർ മുമ്പ് അവസാനിക്കുന്നതാണ്. ദർഘാസ് ഫാറത്തിന്റെ ര≠ാം പകർപ്പ് വേ≠വർക്ക് നി›യിച്ച വിലയ്ക്ക് നൽകുന്നതാണ്. നിരതദ്രവ ്യ മില്ലാത്ത പകർപ്പുകൾ നിരുപാധികം നിരസിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Sealed tenders are invited for the purchase and removal of used Gunny sacks and Plastic sacks from various stores of Stationery Department and Government Presses all over Kerala during 2008-09.

The tenders shall have the superscription "Tender No. 154/08-09 for the Contract for used Gunny sacks and plastic sacks– 2008-09" and should be addressed to the "Controller of Stationery, P.M.G. Junction, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033" by registered post. Each tender should be accompanied and E. M. D. for Rs. 5,000 and a Solvency Certificate for Rs. 50,000. The Solvency Certificate shall be obtained from the Tahsildar of the Taluk in which the tenderer resides and the date of issue of the Solvency Certificate should be after the date of issue of this notification. Tenders without Solvency Certificate, Preliminary Agreement and EMD will be rejected out rightly. Late tenders will not be accepted. Tenders will be opened by the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram or any officer authorized by him in the presence of such of the tenderers or their authorized representatives who may be present at that time.
Intending tenderers, on application to the Controller of Stationery, P. M. G. Junction, Thiruvananthapuram-695 033 may obtain the requisite tender forms on which the tenders should be submitted. Application for the tender form should be accompanied by a cash remittance of the cost fixed for a tender form and which is not refundable under any circumstances. Cheques, Postage Stamps, Demand Drafts etc. will not be accepted towards the cost of tender forms nor will the forms be sent by V. P. P. Tender forms and other details can be obtained from the Office of the Controller of Stationery, Thiruvananthapuram.
